Just went there this morning. My son wanted a McGriddle before school. In the drop off line he opens it and it's just 2 floppy pancakes, not a sandwich. Husband and I went in to complain and had to wait to complain!! Nobody even cared. Sad thing is, these wrong food orders happen all the time. I hate McDonalds, food makes me sick, but the kids love it. So I'm either checking my food before I drive off or driving back to get my correct order. Just terrible. I'm going to the yorkville McDonald's from now on.
Unbelievable, my kid door dashed from this McDonald's and they gave us the butter and syrup but no pancakes!!! For real??

Lady that works at the window always wearing a purple sweatshirt every morning has such an attitude for no reason. It’s like she knows my order because she starts off super nice and as soon as I say my order her whole attitude changes. I say thank you at the window and she just went “hmm” while not even looking at me while handing me my food. So rude and what’s the attitude for at 7:50 in the morning lol

Service is bad and employees are rude here. Literally stood at the counter trying to place an order for seven minutes and nobody would help us even though several employees saw us standing there. One of them looked like a manager since she was wearing a different color shirt. Finally a younger kid came out of the bathroom and decided to take our order. He started giving us attitude like he didn't want to be there. So we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Don't recommend you come here.

Never coming to this location ever again. Everytime we come here we always have to go to the 3rd window and wait. They don’t understand anything you say and always gets the order wrong!
