This place is awesome. I'm so glad we found it, way closer than Aurora and just as good! Lots of yummy pastries to choose from.

So this bakery is a little newer to the town as am I, however I consider my self very loyal to the town I live in and to help the businesses in my community I try to keep everything as local as possible. In this specific situation I have gone in person called several times they even took my name and number to give me call backs several times and figuring they were just busy I would still try it out because I thought it could work out. Again trying to stay local however they never call you back I've waited almost 2 months for someone to call me and to set up a cake tasting for a quinceañera cake for my daughter I came in for an initial cake tasting were they basically just threw some left over pieces of cake together with whatever kind of filling, the samples were dry and just effortless. But I persisted in giving this place a shot, I asked if we could get some other samples as the one gentlemen who speaks pretty good English and Spanish stated they could do anything and there are about 3 owners/partners him being one of them- he would just have to check in with them as well but it shouldn't be a problem. He never called back I never got to speak with the baker like they said. I didn't get other samples they basically drug it out for no reason could've easily said oh no I'm sorry we aren't doing these cakes at the moment or whatever but no he kept persisting that it's no probaron they could do anything, just for me to again follow up and call today and he say what's the date again (I've already told him the date several times atleast 4 times but again they can forget no biggy) but he conveniently states his baker is quitting before that date which is a month away by the way and he wouldn't be able to do the cake. I usually wouldn't even bother with the review but I'm just so disappointed in how all this went. This whole time I've been thinking ok cool I get to stay local, there going to make the cake for me this will be awesome just to get the run around and in the end be told the baker is quitting before my event so they no longer can do the cake. Super disappointing service and follow up. Not happy with them at all and won't be coming here anymore in the future as well!

The staff here are amazing and the bread is even better! This is the new secret of Plano. The bread is amazing, so fresh and tons of options. Family run and everything made in house. Bread, cakes, tamales. This was delicious

This place is a hidden gem. Food delicious. Prices are very reasonable. It can be a little hard to find the first time due to inadequate signage out front.
