Always looking for something quick and healthy, this is the spot! After my workout sometimes I want something delicious and with protein. I stop here before work, drink my tea and my protein shakes. Lots of flavors to choose from and other options as well! ❤️
I'm fairly new to this establishment but for the short time me I've been taking classes it has been a wonderful addition to my life! Carla and Carrie are super, focused on our well-being and always cheery, even when we aren't. The one thing I wish is that the Herbalife products didn't have janky sugar substitutes like Maltodextrin. If they just used the Stevia only or a Monk Fruit blend I would purchase.
