This place is horrible. Closes at 8. Went there at 7 and couldn’t get anything blended because they were already closing up. lol why start closing down at 7 and screw customers over. I’ll never spend a single dollar at a place like this. Horrible way to run a business. Great way to run it into the ground. Good thing there is a Dunkin’ right down the road

Unfortunately I have not found a good item I have cared for, pretty bland or off in some way.. as for the service, the handful of times I’ve gone they have always been polite and prompt. I’ve always been offered an “upsell” in a polite way. The blended pb cup is my favorite! I’ve only tried a few other drink and keep coming back for this one.

The service was ridiculously kind and patient. Lol First time there, ordered a white chocolate mocha with oat milk with a cake pop and a caramelicious muffin. Delicious btw. I’d come back alone for the service. Thanks guys! ♥️

I was really hoping to find some place that competes with Starbucks. Unfortunately, the coffee is very weak. I ordered a hot white mocha and it was like watered down coffee with white chocolate. My mom ordered the iced caramel and it was watered down. Cookies are good and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, prices are the same as Starbucks for mediocre drinks.

This was my first experience at a Scooters, regretfully I didn't get the name of the young man servicing me but he was amazing. I told him about a bad experience I had at a tattoo shop and he took time to recommend me somewhere else. He also taught me about coupons I can get on the scooters app! He gave the best customer service I have received in a long time

Love scooters the scoot on up gets me every time! But overall the coffee is great and the people are even better. Delicious sandwiches ?. But my only complaint is I usually get the peanut butter crunch and every time I get it it tastes different.
