They do not pay attention to app orders and the amount of meat for what they cahrge is very sad all you really are getting is a bread with some veggies if the need to raise the price do it but don't cheat people out of a real sandwich very bad service

Their Subway sandwiches are made with less deli meat. I understand portions, but they are definitely skimming each serving. Not just with the meats, this includes skimpy portions of lettuce, onion, etc.

They have the audacity to charge $10 for this. If you are wanting subway, do not go to this one. Go to the Walmart subway off of 34. This one is not worth the money

I go here regularly with very caring service. Fresh food as well which is also what Subway is known for. They remember are orders and is always friendly. Coupons are also useful and brings the price down significantly.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long &The employee tried to spread one scoop of chicken rather than two for the foot long. Improper portions & had the audacity to demand a tip.

I wanted the new nachos. Asked for extra cheese on it. Man sprinkled tiny amounts on top of it. Not even a proper portion worth. Got it with steak and literally got 6 tiny pieces on it. Then charged me for extra cheese. Complete bullshit. He’s trying to save on food costs and screwing the portions that are required and charging extra for not even a regular portion amount. Hope he gets fired.
They also dont take coupons. I only went here today because the Yorkville one is closed. Yorkville vastly surpasses any degree of service Plano provides

If I could give zero I would. Is this even a real subway? They don’t take coupons and the sandwich was thin and lacking all ingredients. Just go to the Sandwich location!

I’ve never had an issue with this location until the last two times I’ve gone ! The issue this last time was , I used online coupons on the mobile app and then placed my order. Get to the store and the dude is asking me where my physical coupons are ? I ordered over the app, I didn’t have a physical coupon and on top of that I’ve ALWAYS used online coupons and have never had them ask me for a physical coupon. He said he’ll let me take my food this time (which mind you was already payed for) and that next time I wouldn’t be able to without a physical coupons. I understand that , but I’ve never had this issue. I would understand giving him a physical coupon, if there even was one.

Beware of this subway. The female employee is scammy and manipulative. Went there with a coupon for a buy one get one free sub. When I gave the employee the coupon she told me they don’t accept those coupons. So we were going to leave. As I turned to leave she now could accept the coupon. As I was waiting to pay there was a lot of typing and the price kept changing. The final total seemed wrong but after a long day and feeling tired I assumed it was correct. After I sat down my husband asked what I paid. He said that it was too much. After my husband asked for a receipt (which she did not give me originally) from the employee he looked at and saw we were over charged. The employee gave us a lot of excuses and claimed they didn’t have the capability of entering that coupon code into the register so she adjusted the price with other items.
She said she would give me the refund if I threw the the food out. I told her I would throw it out once she gave me my refund.
My husband finally got fed up with all the BS he called the police as we only wanted our refund and nothing else. When the police came she changed her tune and finally refunded our money. I certainly will not be back at this location. Clearly running this location unethically and manipulating customers. This is not what I expect from a business.

Nothing special, but when you want Subway this location is a great choice! Everything was clean, food looked fresh, and the staff was friendly, fast, and efficient!

FOOD SAFETY HELL!!I was just at this Subway. We were getting a sandwich for my sister, who has very specific dietary needs. She wanted double steak with cheese, nothing else at all on the sandwich. The woman behind the counter didn't listen at all and started adding tomato, lettuce, and pickle.We were shocked and immediately told her that's not what we asked for, and because of my sister's allergies/sensitivities the sandwich had to be plain. The woman then proceeded to pick off the toppings and THROW THEM BACK IN THE BINS!!!! She tried to delicately pick lettuce shreds out from between the steak while we insisted we just wanted the sandwich remade.The employee didn't listen at all and wouldn't remake the sandwich, and started preparing to just cut it and wrap it anyway. We walked out and went to another Subway that actually listened and made our food correctly.DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES!!!!! I don't normally walk out of restaurants like that, but that was the worst Subway experience I've had in years!
