I ordered a vodka and orange juice. It was way over priced and pretty confident the vodka was watered down. I didnt even finish the drink it was so bad. I wont ever go back. Pretty obvious why there was only 6 people including the bartender in there.
They only sell a frozen bar pizza, very good for what it is

We were visiting family in the area and wanted to stop here to scope out this place because of the interesting name.
We found a very friendly bartender, possibly owner, who is also a vet, and he gave us the fast history of Chesty P.
We had a couple of drinks & beers while taking in the memorabilia. Also received a couple of beer cozies and purchased a tank top.

My husband is a 22-year veteran of the Marine Corps, we were on a ride with our motorcycle club today and stopped in at chesty peas. The owner went above and beyond to see to it that everybody was taken care of. He had some great stories and some wonderful memorabilia. What a wonderful place this was. It's a great hideaway in Polo Illinois, if you ever get a chance to go through there, this is a must stop.
Never been there
This place is almost as Awesome as The Polo Room. Love Namiko, Joe, and the boss, Sue! F.A.!

As part of a bus trip, we stopped in sleepy downtown Polo at 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon. When I exited the bus and saw the pub we were going to I was not overly excited. As I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the otherwise plain looking pub. There is more than meets the eye. Along with the already decent sized bar, there is an outdoor area with a few tables and a firepit. Despite the 22 people that walked into the bar unannounced, the bartender's were able to get everyone served in a timely manner. The drinks were cold, the service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. If I find myself back in Polo, I will definitely stop into Chesty P's for a beer.
I was introduced to the establishment a few weeks ago. Had a pleasant time. I was promised new local resident beer and the drunk daughter denied me. I have no more say.
Every Marine would love this place. There is every kind of memorabilia ever made for the marine corps. They even have T-shirts for sale. The evening I was there they had a live band. I loved it.
