I was so incredibly hungover today and I got 2 chicken wraps. They were so on point, fresh and sauced up! The drive thru gentleman was so very friendly and polite. Even told me to drive safe! Bless him and this establishment for bringing me back from the grave!

It's weird to see a fast-food restaurant actually care about a customer's experience, but this crew was actually running to deliver. Like, literally I saw them run a customer's order outside. Everyone was so courteous and professional, even when we wandered in close to closing.

I had to pull up to wait for fries and cheese sticks and literally nobody else was in the drive thru. I waited 11 minutes for my order. Oh and the order taker was rude.

I was supposed to pick up my order at 12:17 today so I got here 7 minutes early I told them I was here to pick up my order drive through look at me when I told him it’s past time to pick up my order and walked off I’ve been standing here for over ten minutes and they help the people behind me make this make sense no one is working on my order helping everyone but me it is not 12:25 I have been standing here and still no help

I wish the app had a drive through option for pickup. Also, I wish corporate didn't require a seal over my drink lid. It was hard to put the straw in. Only local issue I had was that there were no napkins in my bag.

For some reason the food was very bland and didn't seem to have any flavor very unusual. For the restaurant being almost empty the employees seemed to only acknowledge requests if they were screamed loudly . All in all nobody was rude by any means and the restaurant was clean but a very unusual experience not one of the better Arby's experiences I've had.
