Chicken sandwich with Cajun ranch was delicious, but do not like their sweet potato fries with or without sugar. Think $4 is over priced for them. Also don't think restaurants should charge for condiments unless people are getting like 3 per person.Also got take out and chicken sandwich wasn't as good, part of chicken was tough, stingy thin piece of tomato and lettuce on it. Boyfriend didn't enjoy his take out either. Won't be ordering from here anymore. Hate wasting $ on food or drinks I'm not fully satisfied with anywhere I go.

The quality of the food, particularly the delicious loaded baked potato with added blackened chicken, was satisfactory. However, it is regrettable that the service experienced during our visit was exceedingly sluggish. The burnt ends, although flavorful, were marred by an excessive amount of fat. Despite the food's merits, the overall disappointment in service hampers our enthusiasm for a return visit. We firmly believe in the value of our hard-earned money and expect establishments to show appreciation for their patrons.

Sooooo tasty! Horseshoe has what seemed like homemade cheese sauce. Fries are hand cut. Excellent food!!!
Love the burnt ends! The blackened fish is good, also! The service is friendly and makes you feel at home.It's located in an old building that's been extensively remodeled. It seems a bit cavernous for my liking, but very clean.

Just walked out of Bob & Ringo’s because we sat there for 15 minutes in an empty dining area and the hostess/waitress was “too busy” to take our order or even seat us, rather she pushed menus at us and point vaguely at the other end of the bar. Then she proclaimed she had to do all the tickets she had before she could wait on us, though she had plenty of time to chit chat with people who came in. She was incredibly rude and rather than doing her job, she made us feel like we were somehow bothering her, and that is neither fair nor appropriate when someone comes into your establishment to spend their hard earned money. This restaurant has A LOT to learn about customer service and we most certainly won’t be coming coming back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that treats it’s customers right.
