I ordered my food online through door dash 32 dollars for 2 shakes a whopper and a double whopper combo. When I received my food I received a whopper Jr & A whopper completely plain when I wanted ketchup and mustard on it. This is a non stop thing when it comes to this establishment. Very disappointed in the entire situation.

The last 3 times we have ordered from here they can't get it right. We literally didn't order anything special but they can't get everything in the order. I've contacted corporate each time. This place is a joke dont go there or order becausethey clearly dont give a crap.

It was 100° and the air was broke and staff was very rude. No sign on the door letting customers know of the inside inconvenience. When you finally got your food it was just disgusting, poor service will never return. Your manager needs to learn how to handle stress and keep his composure during a hard time.

Came here during a trip for breakfast. Food was alright, it's what you expect. Staff were nice and fun to talk to, but the bathrooms were filthy. Drink dispensers had mold in some of the nozzles. I would trust the food, but I am not taking a drink from here again.

Ordered online picked up got home unwrapped and boom, they claim they had nothing to do with it, didn't want free food, just wanted it made right. Never again this is the second time we've had a problem like this and they took no accountability

Parking: There are a lot of good spots in the front and good for handicapped parking.
Kid-friendliness: They are very family oriented they do a lot for the kids and stuff. Me and my kids went to see Santa there and they had a blast.

I've worked at a BK before in Marion Illinois, and I can proudly say for a big town BK, we rarely messed up orders. Yall just need to pay better attention.
