Nice place but DIRTY. Needs updating and a good cleaning. Floors disgusting. I wonder what the kitchen is like. Maybe I don't want to know. Very nice people which is a big positive. Food is consistently meh.

Good food! Love the grilled pork chops! Reasonable prices. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. Very cozy atmosphere. They have an old bar that dates back to the 1920s. A step back in time.

Filet was a bargain and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Salad was fresh and crisp. Quiet and clean. Would come again when back in town.

Delicious!!! Tried for the first time. Husband had the special of ribs, chicken, and pasta. I had the lasagna roll ups and daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was delicious!! The service was exceptional!! Our waitress, Tracy, was so helpful and attentive. Everyone else on the staff including the owner came by and checked on us. Had a great experience and good food. We will be back!!!

The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of everything offered on the menu. I wish they offered even a small dessert menu. It’s a bit of waiting time for the food, but very well worth it. We drive about 40 minutes to Pontiac, but we found a new favorite spot to eat dinner.

Our chicken was dry. However, the ribs were awesome! The waitress was attentive. However, it took almost an hour to get our food.

First time to David's Food and Spirits and had a delightful dinner. I had the blackened salmon along with a double baked potato which was very good, and my wife had the pork chops a generous helping. Our waitress was helpful and attentive to filling our glasses and removing dirty dishes. Inside is quaint and tidy, enough room but not a huge dining area. I do recommend calling to see if reservations are needed as they get very busy at dinner time. We thought it very well worth the visit and will return for another dinner.
