Ribeye steak was very fatty. My first visit to this establishment as I traveled to the area. I took my aunt there for dinner she was only able to eat a few bites. Our waitress informed the manager who only wanted to provide a free dessert. Haven't eaten dinner but am being given a free dessert instead. After going back to tell manager no dessert wanted considering the cost of dinner that was considered unacceptable. They decided only to adjust the billing by $5 for a $25 dinner. Felt the loaded baked potato had a decent amount of cheese but lacked the onion and bacon bits. Dinner was to come with roll (never received) soup or salad. We chose salad and we're brought the incorrect dressing. Our server did correct that error, and a choice of Potato and the steak.

Usually decent service but today, salad was asked to have the chicken on side but wasn’t. Kids food was supposed to have ketchup but wasn’t. A ham club without tomatoes was turkey with tomatoes. The wrong size drink was given as well. A little more time ensuring the accuracy of the order and less time on the cell phones. Disappointed because this WAS my downtown go to.
Great restaurant with a local flavor. The Ribeye sandwich is the go to lunch choice. Don't forget to try the custard ?

Food had very good flavor. Several of our party's food was cold. We had over 20 in the group. They acknowledged the problem and adjusted the bill. Service was exemplary even for a large party.
