just went to get the new brown sugar shaken espresso very disappointed! if you are looking to get your drink made wrong 3 times come here. worker was very defensive and not friendly just kept arguing with me. I JUST WANTED COFFEE

My cup is half empty, also extremely syrupy....I pay 6.05 for my drinks and this should not be an issue. I am also a regular...this is not cool! A latte with an added shot of espresso should be filled to the brim.

First of all this isn't my first or second time . Second. I understand people want to own things. But please please become more proficient with English. Third. It's some of the worst dunkin coffee I have ever had . They can't mix anything you ask for sweet cream or cream you get milk from a gallon jug that sits on the counter. You ask for liquid sweetner or for it to benextra sweet they point at the 4 boxes of sugsr pakects and say there. We no sweet. The men 100 percent do not wash their hands after using the bathroom . Worse ever. Biggest waste of money
Went in an there at 6:32 pm August 16th 2024 there were 2 girls working very very rude!!! Bathrooms very nasty an they closed an locked the doors 20 mins early definitely could tell they don't like thier job an they should learn to respect there customers if you don't like ur job then maybe you should quit if ur not going to have respect for ur customers an be happy to help!
My personal favorite, this location didn't disappoint. Staff was super friendly, the donuts & beverages were on par. Will be back!!

They have very bad service and they don't know how to talk to people. What do you want? Customer should be treated normally, like human beings. (For example) How can I help? There is no even smile or Sorry for the convenience. It seems to me that they themselves are newcomers, and that’s why they don’t like visitors. This is look like discrimination. Or should I be Indian or American? i don’t know((( It's very bad that people change every day.
