Jimmy John's is our go to place for sandwiches and wraps. Not at all like subway, you actually get more than enough meat, etc on your sandwich. Little more than others, but, you get what you pay for.

I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s for its fast service and decent sandwiches, but my recent visit to the Potomac location was frustrating from start to finish.
First off, the drive-thru was anything but quick. I sat in line for what felt like an unusually long time, especially considering I only ordered a simple sandwich. The whole point of a drive-thru is convenience and speed, but this visit completely missed the mark.
When I finally got to the window, the customer service was surprisingly rude. The employee barely acknowledged me, seemed irritated when I asked a question about my order, and handed me my food without so much as a “thank you” or “have a nice day.” It really felt like they didn’t want to be there — and made it clear they didn’t care if customers were either.
The parking lot didn’t help matters. It’s cramped, poorly laid out, and difficult to maneuver in — especially during busy times. It feels like an afterthought, which makes the overall experience even more stressful if you’re not using the drive-thru.
To make things worse, the area around the building was noticeably dirty. Trash near the entrance, unclean windows, and just a generally neglected appearance. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation at any restaurant, and this location did not meet that standard.
I really wanted to like this place, but between the slow service, unprofessional staff, difficult parking, and lack of cleanliness, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places that offer better service and a cleaner, more welcoming environment.

We love the food, but don't ever order delivery. Everytime we order, it takes about an hour to get it. We can't fathom why it takes that long. If I go there and order it takes them forever too. They truly don't live by the company promise of freaky fast.

I ordered thru door dash for the first time but I couldn't leave a review that way so doing it here. Sandwich was very good and not skimpy at all. My only complaint was I left specific drop off instructions because I just had ankle surgery and on ticket it didn't print it all so when I took my dog out to potty I noticed it on my doorstep. Was suppose to message me when arrived so don't know how long it sat there . No one's fault just a little set back. But overall very good . Will be ordering again. Very pleased.
Worked with the staff to do a preorder for our soccer team coming through Pontiac to play Illinois State. The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. We enjoyed our experience and were happy with the quality of the food! Thank you!

I had the best no.5 Vito ever!! I asked for no lettuce , no tomato ,but it came with lettuce. That's ok, cuz it was a great sandwich and it wasn't loaded with lettuce that u basically gag on it . ? Thanks Jimmy John's !! Delicious ? !!!
