Parking: 2 spots for mobile pick up, 2 handicap - that's the front of the building. Across the lot for anyone else.

Worst experience! Walked in - absolutely freezing in there. A lady behind counter looked at us, never spoke & went to the back. A different lady came around, never spoke, looked around went back to the back. We waited a few minutes and I finally said “Hello”. First girl out from the back, in very broken English she said “you ready”. She asked “crispy or regular”. I said crispy. Order came, the chicken was barely warm, chicken was dry and not extra crispy, fries were like wet noodles. I won’t mention the soda machine. Joke!!! While we were there 3 people came in for pick ups. Good thing they all checked their bags. There was something missing or wrong in every order. Did I mention it was freezing. Complaining didn’t work. Nothing was done.. will we go back, that’s a big NO NEVER!!!

It's 6:00 on a Saturday night Kentucky fried Chicken in Pontiac Il. is completely out of chicken they don't even have any to cook this is absolutely ridiculous and the second time it has happened that I know of!!!
Tonight I went there and got the 20 dollar fill up box had to wait 5 min for the food. I thought cool it will b fresh.Once I got home the chicken was soggy and raw the nuggets were raw the biscuits were ok if I didn't live across town I would of took it back won't b back for a while
