Really good coffee! A nice convenient place to go for breakfast and lunch. Would love to give more stars but the pies were not good. They are from some bakery In Chicago, (big woop - there are several wonderful home bakers right here in Pontiac), are full of gooey, sugary gel with very little fruit. I want local fare, not some mass produced junk from Chicago. I ended up not eating the pie. It was an apple pie (not good, but if you like lots of goop, go for it) and brother had rhubarb strawberry which was a pureed rhubarb goop and maybe 3 visible tiny strawberries. We didn't have lunch or breakfast but I've eaten here before and it was good. Just super disappointed in the pies.

We come in from out of town and this has been a place that we have repeatedly visited. All- you- can- eat was great!! Our server was the greatest!!The freebie chips and salsa were a nice touch, too.

Great Diner generous portions tasty fresh food and friendly service. Clean environment clean bathroom near downtown check it outKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu Plus Great parking out front and Booth seating for the familyParking: It's in the downtown area and there is street parking but it isn't your typical parallel you get to park on a nice angle plenty of spaces available retro vibe and feel

I ordered eggs Florentine and got eggs Benedict. I also asked for a pancake instead of toast and they did not send a pancake they sent toast. I guess I fail to see what is so hard about this process. They wrote eggs Florentine on the container that had a skillet in it and wrote nothing on the container that had eggs Benedict in it.

Was looking for a small town diner on my way back from a business trip.Found this place and it did not disappoint. Got the breakfast platter (don't remember the exact name). Pancakes were light and fluffy, eggs were runny and just how I like them. Sausage and bacon were both good. Service was friendly, just as one would expect. If you're in the area, I certainly recommend.

I would love to have given fives stars since the food was great but, when the menu says you have Coca-Cola products and when you order a diet Coke or Coke Zero and are told "is Pepsi ok" I say no, I'll have water. Should have tried to pay with Monopoly money and asked if that was ok! Seriously, food was very good, wish I could have gotten the Coke with it!

The waitstaff was great and accommodating for our large group. We were offered chips and salsa before the meal, salsa great, chips were stale. I ordered the chile relleno, it did not quench my taste. Basically, it was a scrambled egg wrapped around a pepper which I was not what I am used to. The only other complaint in our group had ordered the same thing as me. Next time I'd try something different.

Stopped in during the yearly car show. Nice place with some of the friendliest staff around. Food was very good!
