A can of biscuits cost 3$ a pack of cheese cost 3$ you get 8 to 10 biscuits in a can and 16 to 32 pieces of cheese 2 biscuits should not be 10$ ever 2$ for a biscuit is reasonable quit over charging for food that’s disrespectful

More than half of the time they mess up on some part of my order. This time I ordered a quarter pounder only cheese for delivery. I record a quarter pound no cheese instead. That was my thirteenth reason 🙃
When they do not mess up the food is great! It’s McDonald’s there isn’t much expectation but getting it right shouldn’t be so difficult.

it’s like they don’t do their job, mess up orders all the time and don’t give reasonable amounts of food you pay for.

Order thru the app and they won't refund you for the missing items and refuse(can't) refund you anything without bringing the card, that was never swiped or even physically at the restaurant, back to the store. I honestly feel like this is THEFT OF SERVICE at this point and if they don't figure this issue out I feel like I am more than justified in taking them to small claims court. A company that makes millions if not billions in profit every year should not operate like this. I'm fairly certain they easily settle out of court it anyone else has had similar issues and would like to pursue.
I went in to the building to place an order and over heard the attendant at the drive-thru window complaining that there were to many customers and they wouldn't stop coming. If your employees are going to complain about having to work they evidently don't want to work anymore. This location often messes up orders and takes forever to complete the simplest order. They all evidently need to be retrained or let go and replaced.

Hot on the heels of fast food restaurants poisoning us with negligent onions and carrots now we have gravy containing cleaning fluid.
Yep that's right my wife almost puked on the first bite of this McDonald's gravy biscuit garbage. Customer service amounted to "well do you want your money back?"

Don't have two drive-throughs if you can't manage them both. I sat first in line while they let three cars go and the other lane. After I finally paid I was told to go wait by the curb while they make my order (2 McGriddles). In the end they gave me a bag then asked for it back because they said it was the wrong one. I got home and found one McGriddle and one bagel sandwich. How many operational failures can you have in one visit.

I was at my hotel 3 minutes away placed a mobile order for curbside get there put in my spot number and sat there waiting for 25 minutes and just ended up leaving. They won't refund my money should make they pay for wasting my time and gas.

I told an associate what food I wanted. No response, but 10 minutes later he told someone that, "that man wants to order food." Literally the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant
