I work at mcdonalds and I know this has to be another owner I looked it up they should be ashamed. The fries they made twice I gave up they are not up to standards. The mccrispy is a shame here as the first ones had no topping and the second 4 Shreds of lettuce and half a slice of tomatoes. Im starting to think the owners are cheap

The food was about on par, not hot but not cold. However, they did forget 2 of my child's nuggets. About 1 mile off the highway, so not likely to go again.

I got a #7 for 2 cheeseburgers. I asked for no ketchup no mustard and additional patty on the burgers. None of those request happened . I did get the pattys but they weee not on the burgers.

Literally can never get an order right sick of asking specifically for no onions on regular meat patties that do not even come with onions and STILL GETTING ONIONS! My son is autistic and literally waste the food because he will not eat it once onions have touched it. Absolutely sad something so simple can NEVER be understood!

Oder a cheeseburger plain, medium fries and a 4 piece nugget with ranch. I recieved a hamburger with shredded lettuce, fries, 4 piece with NO SAUCE. boo. Don't coke tasted funky.
We stopped here for a quick bite enroute to a State Park near Clinton, IL. It is about 1.5 miles from the freeway but the plus is you end up getting a fresh sandwich because it’s always busy.
Landen was personable and provided excellent service from our order and prompt delivery to our table. He was very friendly and calm even though it was super busy. (Thanks Landen!)
We ordered the spicy deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwiches which arrived hot. I didn’t know but the sandwich consists of a whole chicken breast that’s bigger than the bun! It’s a well balanced sandwich and the heat is in the sauce but it’s not too spicy. You can always request sauce on the side.
The large facility has lots of parking, plenty of nice seating areas in the dining area and clean bathrooms are always a plus!

Are u kidding me?? Handed me an ice cream cone upside down in a puddle of melted ice cream in a cup w a spoon, in the drive thru. Didn't ask if that was even an ok replacement for an actual ice cream cone. One orders a cone to eat while driving, how could I have done that with a cup, spoon and cone upside down on top?? Then handed back the dessert and requested points back. Was handed another cone but it was actively melting. Rejected that, of course, and they said they couldnt do anything about it. So I am out my points and trashed the cone that had already covered my had with ice cream. Completely rude! I know u can't fix the machine but offer something else and have a decent attitude. Also ask if the customer even wants the substitute in the first place. I mean asking if a sundae would be ok would have at least been polite but u should have a way you give points back if u cant offer what was ordered.

I ordered an online big mac meal with no cheese or pickle. I received a big mac with SALT on the bun, in the burger, in the box, and the bottom of the bag. When i received in from an employeeand she gave me attitude and threw it in my face. I also found out that multiple employees mixed my medium root beer with multiple different sodas. overall these staff are rude, stuck up, and only care about themselves.

Please do NOT eat here. I got a two cheeseburger meal and after i ate the first one, went to unwrap the second burger and a bug scurried out from under the patty. The managers attitude is also disgusting. I used to love mcdonald's and went here frequently, not anymore. the place has gone downhill. they need to clean shop and get some new staff. unfortunate.
