Don’t bite the hand that feeds you. As a fellow small business owner, I’m disgusted and disappointed every time I walk in this bakery. The attitude of the family and their staff is terrible. They act like you’re a bother. I purchase hundreds of dollars of baked goods from them as gifts for my clients every year from this bakery. However, I’m looking for an alternative because of the terrible attitude and the treatment you get from this business. I bought some heart cookies this morning for my clients and the matriarch of this family owned business sighs and is pissed and says, “I don’t have anymore left after this” referring to what she had in the case. Guess what sweetheart, the early bird gets the worm. Want more business? Don’t want to run out of heart cookies on Valentine’s Day? Make more product!?! What a novel idea.
