The pizza hut in Pontiac IL is the worst place I have ever ordered a pizza in my life. The food is okay at best but the staff and manager are absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. When you call to complain about an issue with the food the manager thinks his job is so secure he can't be fired so he gets ignorant with customer cursing and yelling instead of just correcting the issue for the customer. The other team members that answer the phone just hand off the phone to the manager and again he gets belligerent with customer's. The only reason we still order from there is because no one else in Pontiac, IL has stuffed crust that my wife prefers.

I live 30 minutes out of town and picked up my carry out order when I got home I realized that I didn't have the correct order. I called the store and got no apologies and I had to ask what they were going to do for me! The manager on duty offered to remake my order which I wasn't interested in driving back to town to pick up so he offered $20 on account for my next order. He was kind of rude and when called on it said I was rude and that I came at him! Corporate needs to train their managers how to treat customers especially when they are not the only pizza choice in town. After I use my $20 credit I will not be going back. I miss the delicious friendly pizza hut from the 80s and 90s.

This is the most immaculate pizza hut i have ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth !!!! don't listen to the negative one star reviews. they are just haters i ordered a large pizza and boyyy it was large alright ! so much sauce and toppings as well! not to mention the sweet girl that took my order went above and beyond to make sure she understood everything i wanted ! i'm going to come here again for sure!!!! The dessert options are also worth mentioning. The chocolate chip cookie is a sweet lover's dream! warm, gooey, and utterly satisfying.

I ordered delivery and it arrived within the time frame by a pleasant delivery person. However, my order was incomplete and what was ordered looked underwhelming and undercooked. I called about my missing items and I believe O spoke to the manager, Aubrey, who was almost annoyed sound to have to answer the phone. She spoke rediculously fast for someone who sounded like they answered the phone from home. She sounded even more irritated when I said I didn't want a credit for the missing food, I ordered the food because I had people to feed and wanted it delivered. She told me I'd get it when the driver had time. The driver showed back up looking like he got yelled at and I'm not ok with that. I'm also not ok with the fact that I received a "double order" of microwaved, soggy, nearly room temperature breadsticks-that doesn't even come with sauce. You have to order it separately. I had to turn my oven on, heat up the house, and cook the pizza and bread sticks and microwave the pasta sauce so no one would get food poisoning 1 medium pizza, 1 mini pan pizza with fries, 1 "double" order of breadsticks, pasta sauce, ranch, tax, delivery fee, and a tip came to $50 bucks! And I basically had to take attitude from the manager and cook it all myself. Save yourself money and frustration and buy a $3 Totinos pizza. It'll taste better. I don't recommend this location or any of the "food" from here.

We came into town for the night and needed a quick bite so we figured Pizza Hut would work. We should have figured somewhere else. First their computers didn’t work but we paid cash so I thought we were good. Then when the food was ready, they never told us. I had boneless wings and they were just bad. Then they came back to us telling us the payment didn’t go through and I’m like . . . It was a cash payment. The server says I’m going to run it through again, I have no idea what that means. We paid cash. Our transaction is complete. This place was so bad. Find another place to eat.

Pizza hut used to have some delicious buttery crust and buttery breadsticks now its just dry but with a little effort they can bring that back to what it used to be plus they need to bring back the hot ham and cheese sandwich with chips it was awesome.

We were hungry for just a little something so we took advantage of the $7 specials and got some boneless wings and cheese sticks. GoodNESS! They were delicious (especially the sweet chili), not to mention, the app was easy, our order arrived earlier than predicted and our driver was super sweet and helpful. We’ll be trying more from the Hut.
Our pizza crust was the perfect shade of brown and the perfect level of crispy! The service was prompt and very friendly.
