This is a good Taco Bell. It is about half way between Joliet and Peoria and I always stop here on that journey and always get well made items and never had an issue. I usually stand and face the kitchen and they all seem to be hard workers. I'll take this over a Chicago location any day.
Horrible customer service! I should have the option to order with a person and not be ignored when i am at the cashier. Do better!

Let's face it, this is Toco Bell, their great in a pinch! My kids and I really like their double stacked toco, and it's hard to go wrong with the nacho fries. If the food were as good as a food truck, I would give them 5 stars. You got to love the consistency, I can get the same great tasting favorites from coast to coast, and I love that.
