Wendy's offers a convenient dining experience with friendly staff and quick service. The restaurant serves fresh and hot food, including the popular peppermint frosty and a great value $3 frosty card. Despite minor issues, the restaurant makes up for it with delicious food and excellent service.
The manager, Luis, goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction, making fresh and tasty Caesar salads. The staff provides top-notch service, as one customer notes the awesome young employee who took their order and provided great customer service for a Cherry Vanilla Coke.
However, the restaurant appears to be understaffed during the busy lunch rush, with only one side of the line running. This leads to long lines in the dining room, and the overworked employees don't get a chance to restock or clean. Customers are encouraged to be understanding of the Wendy's employees, who have been working hard to keep up with the increased business.
