Far improved over the wendys of old. Food is over priced and unless fresh fries aren't the best. That said i got what was ordered without issue for the first time in years at a Pontiac Wendy's so that's something to be proud of.

They locked the doors couldn't get inside. Told me straight up their orders come first. (Whoever is inside.) My doordash order is 45 minutes late. Absolutely despicable service from the worst staff ever at a fast food restaurant. Will never eat at the Wendy's in Pontiac again. Shame on them.

Went to the Wendy’s in Pontiac around 4 PM. Stood at the counter for about 3-4 minutes finally a lady employee came out from the back and said that the grill was not working. Then she turned around and walked back. Stood there for another few minutes then left. Guess they don’t sell anything else if the grill is broken. I find that it’s a big issue in Pontiac with finding good quality employees!!

Supposedly they close at 12am and we went around 11pm. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes to receive our order. I paid over 60 dollars for 4 meals just to get raw, smelly, and cold food. I had to get the patty’s on my own stove to cook them, even then the patty had a very unpleasant smell to it. We definitely don’t recommend this place.

Went in for a quick bite before heading back to school. I ordered through the app to make things quicker. Never received my food. I waited for 20-30 minutes for a cheeseburger. Not coming back to this location. I love wendys but holy this was insanely inconvenient for me.

The food is always great but the service is rough. We came to dine in on the first really cold day this winter and it’s obvious they don’t have the heat on. I asked if the heat wasn’t working and the girl at the counter said “I have no idea what’s going on out there” and nothing else.

Giving one star because the door dasher was nice! He delivered our food right away and all 3 burgers were on stale hard buns and not warm. The fries were cold and I mean cold like they have been sitting in the bag in the cooler cold!! The last few time we went to restaurant, the food was not much better! Let’s not get me started on drive thru…. Does anyone know why they can only help one car at a time? It’s like that every time we go… super slow! This will be the last till we start hearing better reviews!

Ordered online and went through the drive-thru. It was quick and painless, however after checking the food and passing it out 4 of the 6 sandwiches were all wrong. Went inside to tell them and the cashier accused us of lying and trying to steal food. By the time we sorted it all out everything was cold and subpar.

Food is nice and hot!! The scorching hot sauce is not even near hot. It is a clean friendly environment. I ordered a Biggie Bag with a large Chili.

Pulled up to drive through only on car in front of me and was told it was going to be a while before they could take my order, I waited and finally ordered, cashier was not friendly and ignored my wife when she asked for a drink holder, manager was at the counter, working on trying to break down stuff to go home and not helping get orders out for two sandwiches some fries a few nuggets and 2 frosty I spent almost 25 minutes in drive through without even getting an apology for the wait. Then my fries where Luke warm and had no salt on them, and my frosty sat at the window for five minutes melting waiting on the cashier to head it to me, and the soda they gave me was straight carbonation no soda flavor at all. Definitely would not go back to this Wendy's worth the drive however far to go anywhere else
