Luis, the manager went out of his way to make me a fresh ceasar salad at it was one of the best I've ever had from Wendy's. Top notch service and great food.

I warn you this place is extremely slow and understaffed. I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot the cheese. Was there waiting for my food for 10+ minutes.

They should allow refunds after a 45 minutes of nothing. I understand that a collage softball team slammed you but that should not be a reason to punish customers.

Follow up a month later. Three cars in the lot. Still terrible service. I left after 10 minutes of no answer at the speaker other than please wait once.

Not open until 12am. Went to drive thru 1130pm. "Employees" were parked in their personal vehicle blocking the drive thru and giving me dirty looks for being there. I'm done with this place, closed down all the time and reopened again.

It’s a short drive from my job to get lunch which ends at noon and there can be 3 cars in the drive thru but it takes 20 minutes to get through the line and get the food!!! Even when you get the food and 10 entire minutes to eat there is always without fail something wrong or missing with the order and it’s cold like today for example they gave me 2 cold burgers and no fries for the combo! This is a consistent event with this place

Food not up to temp before store opens I’m a resturaunt manager shouldn’t have to wait on chili to heat up to temp if the manager did the right job before store opens hours ago now I’m sitting waiting on food because of not doing all the checks with temp sheet and going through and doing a line check was not done before shift started

They gave me my food in Pontiac I pulled 3 pieces of hair out of my food that they messed up the order on and they treat the employees like dirt there bad restaurant it better off at burger king

How do you order through the mobile app to pick up through drive-thru and have to wait forever just to receive it they were great as soon as I reopen but God now it's horrible I would definitely avoid here

Pull up after dark (just after 5pm) and the lights outside are all off. Are they actually open? Can see someone inside so gave it a try. Worker outside by the front door smoking on a break. Go inside to find the order kiosks down and person at the actual counter was rude. 2 cash registers open but she was too busy counting money and chatting with others working to even acknowledge us. When we did order she didn't even apologize for making us wait more than 5 minutes standing there. Then was rude while taking our order. The food was sad and not worth the wait either. There's so many better options, I would avoid this Wendy's.
