This Burger King is terrible. I’ve worked in the area for years and every time I give them a chance I either am almost late getting back to work or they get the order wrong. I ordered chicken fries today and had to wait for 10 minutes out front and then got given mozzarella sticks. I never leave reviews but this is wild. I will literally never go back to a Burger King. The last three times I’ve gone to this location, I haven’t even been able to eat at all because it either takes so long or they give the wrong stuff. I really feel I should get a refund but I’ll just never return to any burger kings. Shameful business. BK and McDonalds are really making a great case for why nobody should order fast food..

Do not bother with this location unless ypu have like 30 minutes. No sense of urgency, even with 10+ cars in line. I sat at the window for 15 minutes watching people stand around, move like snails and just not caring that they have a drive through full of customers.

I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru. It seemed like they had new associates which i understand. I ordered an 8pc chicken fry, jalapeño bites and a chicken wrap with ranch. After waiting, a nice lady told me that they were out of jalapeño bites which was fine. I said the cheddar tots were fine. Then another woman opened the window and asked if I had cheddar tots. I explained that I asked for jalapeño bites but was told they were out so I was getting yours tots instead. She said I had to wait 3 minutes. I pulled forward and maybe a minute later they brought out my food. The chicken wrap was old as well as the fries, I actually got the jalapeño bites but no ranch. How disappointing.

We went to this Burger King one day and it was excellent! My family really loved this restaurant and wanted to come back the next day! The food, experience, and service was extremely good! The staff was nice enough to remind us about the free cones for our children! I would recommend coming here. Please be nice to the staff because they were extremely nice to us.

I ordered a whopper meal and a chicken sandwich meal got the whopper but not the chicken sandwich meal it will be the last time. I tried to call and they hung up on me. My money spends any where

I ordered the new steakhouse whopper. It was a lady in the kitchen. One thing I can say is that this person takes care of every order like it's her own. It was hot, fresh and to be honest, I have received that from a burger king in a while. That cook deserves a raise. I should've gotten her name and gave her a $20.

This is a double bacon burger? This wouldnt feed a toddler. Portions has shrunk significantly and are disappointing. I finished it in 4 bites Didn't even have the onions or lettuce I ordered on it either
The burger was cold....which sucks because the customer service was excellent

This was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a whopper and a double cheese. Two cars left after almost 20min waiting. And even then only one car even moved up. If it hadn't been for the people leaving the drivethrough I would have been still for over 20 min. The end wait was almost thirty minutes. I couldn't tell if the place was on fire but at this point might as well be.
