Food was cold. I was missing 4 of my 6 orders of fries. This place really went downhill since July. My family of 6 ate inside, it was hard to get anybody to come to the counter to answer my question on the whereabouts of the food but the manager was too busy tapping on her cell phone with her nails. Need new staff and management

Had a RUDE employee taking my order in drive thru, came outside and tried fighting CUSTOMER !!!!! Needs to be fired EXPEDITIOUSLY SO RUDE & INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLE THATS SPENDING MONEY AT MCDONALDS ALSO WITH SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE!! Shortly after that received food that was COLD & ORDER WAS WRONG !

If there was a no star option I’d leave one . Came here just for a happy meal for my son no one in line , and I went to the second menu. I sat and waited 10 minutes with no answer from anyone while everyone in the first lane keeps going right through . Had a total of 3 cars go in that lane and I was never taken care of . So then I decided to order on the app and get in a curbside spot . Currently been waiting 20 minutes and no sign of anyone even getting their orders here . Everytime I come to this location it’s always something . Thank god I don’t live here and don’t frequent this McDonald’s because it’s a joke .
Ordered No onion got charred burnt bits of onion on my burger. Front line worker went on the line in grill with her hair touching the work line. Used same set of gloves on chicken, beef and potatoes products. Asked for fresh hot fries due to the fact they were cold when I was served 30 minutes after ordering. Fries were just re-fried and re-salted. They were soggy with oil or hard. It was less than a 5 minute drive. Ignored customers lobby until 9:55 to announce lobby will be closing. Need better night shift crew.

Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. We are done after consistently getting orders wrong and forgetting items.
We just opened the back at home and we were missing a McChicken and my wife order a filet o fish and the tartar sauce was only plopped on the box and not even on the sandwich, except covering the top of the bun. What a mess! Save yourself the aggravation and choose another option!

My chicken was over cooked and they told me it would take 7 minutes so after waiting I was pissed not to mention the hair in my bacon egg and cheese. Meal ruined went to work hungry thanks folks! But I suppose that’s why you work at McDonalds!
