Twice ive come by they just stop taking orders at 10PM two workers just sitting on their phone. Mess up simple orders when i do get em, horrible mcdonalds not even worth it hop on over to taco bell

I'm pretty sure that there was either no one working or there was one person working and they were taking a break sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and we were the only car in the drive-thru. Never got waited on.

Horrible customer service, very dirty, and are notorious for getting your order wrong. On the off chance they do get it right, the fries are filled 1/3 of the way and cold.

Slowest, worst McDonald's in the continental United States..... hands down.... been to quite a few of them in my 47 years and this one definitely takes the cake....... can't even get a double cheeseburger plain right....and had to wait for them 3 to 4 times longer than any McDonald's I've ever been at

Last week I ate here and there was a male manager who seemed to have everything operating smoothly. The food was excellent, better than other McDonald locations. Fast forward to today and the same manager was not there. Instead people were acting frantic and the food was disgusting. The quarter pounder was very dry and bread was stale. The chicken wrap was ice cold and tortilla it was wrapped in was tough and inedible. I ate my food there and could hear one employee arguing with and demeaning another employee. This week the restaurant was a complete disaster and something should be done about it.

We ordered a double quarter pounder cheese burger meal and a double quarter pounder cheeseburger. The soda was only a medium and had no ice. The fries were not hot, of course. We got home and only ONE burger was a double. And the single burger was in a double box. So they couldn't be bothered to read the order or even put the right burger in the right box. DONE with McDonald's. There's ALWAYS something wrong with what we order.

Stopped yesterday...Bathroom a mess. Toilet paper roll to use on floor. No workers in site. Ordered from kiosk. Still no one there. Found a worker talking on her phone she said she was not on duty and ignored me. I said do I need to call the main office. She got up and found someone in the back who seemed clueless. Another person was waiting for his food and said he was trying to be patient but he had waited so long. I'm not sure why this McDonald's is still open. It is worse each time we go.

It's like they don't care about the costumers for delivery at all i order a 10 drink fries and 2 sandwiches with alterations to the sandwich what's i get is no drink no fries and the sandwiches the way they are normally prepared and not how I requested them worst service ever
