They don’t even deserve one star for service… ordered my food last night they messed it up and didn’t put meatballs in my spaghetti and MEATBALLS??? I call the restaurant and NO manager on site while open I didn’t get call the next day til i called them. The lady wants to give me 3$ for my missing meatballs… but not fix what they messed up and give me my meal right after u paid almost 20$ for it… she says I could talk to the owner and hung up on me… RUDE

I'm in the hotel. I ordered an italian beef and they put gardener on it when I told him. Not then my order was the cow zone. And all I can taste is sauce and very little cheese. Actually it's pretty disgusting. It all went not order from you again.You used to be good back in the nineties but no 😋

Seems like the portions aren’t the same as they use to be for pizzas. And you use to get a 20oz bottled soda and a slice for $5 when they opened now it’s a small styrofoam cup and slice. Less portions = less customers!

My Family went today for lunch and told me it was great! I have been waiting to find the original Chicago Deep Dish like when I would go to Genos East in Chicago. I ordered online and the big deep dish and 2 canollis. I always pick up my pizza but did delivery. The delivery associate was kind fast and delivered before the time stated and it was hot! Travel time to my neighborhood from Pontoon Beach is over 4 miles. I was very pleased! PERFECT true Italian sauce and crust. The ingredients were plentiful. Flavor in every rich bite. Dessert? Oh my you get two nice sized canollis and made better than any bakery I have tried. This senior will be back!!!!

Food is good. My only complaint(s) are that they do not serve unsweet tea and they charge extra if you make a substitution. ( I wanted shredded mozzarella cheese on my salad instead of blue cheese crumbles.) I think that’s a strange policy.

This place has a fantastic food feel to the design of the tables, chairs etc. The food was good and large portions. And the waitstaff was nice.
My party of 7 went last weekend during a slow time in the afternoon. Five of us got our food, while two in the party were waiting for one pizza. The table behind us ended up getting the pizza we ordered, while the waitress told us our pizza got stuck in the system and would be out in 7 minutes. A lot longer than 7 minutes went by and no pizza but also no communication from the waitress. My husband went to find the manager to see what the hold up was and what could be done as we were on our way to an important event after. The manager was allegedly on a delivery. In the mean time, the pizza comes out after everyone else has finished their food. We asked for it to be boxed up. The waitress dropped off our checks and said she took $5 off the pizza. They made us leave the pizza there because we would not accept only $5 off after terrible service.
We love the food. We always have. The service has almost always been mediocre but this really did it for us. They didn't care about losing customers that day nor did they value our time. I can understand if they were drowning but they were very slow and we were one of three tables on the patio. The waitress never even refilled our drinks.
Save yourself some trouble and get delivery or take out if you truly want to eat here.

The chicken parmesan was kinda of good. I don't understand Italian cuisine in the USA. Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.

We wanted to try Rosati's. They advertise $5 Jumbo Slice Pizza. It stated 11-3p Mon-Fri. We ordered at 2:33pm and were told they don't have any more slices and weren't making any more. I asked the waitress about the correct times and even pointed to the menu that clearly says the times. She said she was sorry, not her fault I even asked if it was a manager or owners decision, and she stated it was the owners. Well if you advertise for a certain time, for a certain price, you should stick to it. So we got uncharged to a medium thin Pepperoni for $18.99. Thats crazy! The waitress did say she took $3 off for somw.kind of coupon, but still You can get better tasting pizza at Caseys for under $15. Prob won't eat there again. I have a picture of the menu times and the huge banner outside, but I can't post it
Rosati's is one of the handful of places I take people who have never been to the Chicagoland area pending where in Chi work brings us. The fab 4 was on point with my favorite Rosati's location in Cville so that's ?? We couldn't just eat there once so we returned and went for the Italian Beefs and again, on point?.
