Food is reasonably priced and has plenty of flavor. Visited later in the evening and had prompt service. It seemed clean but with an open view of the kitchen from my seat a bit disorganized in back. Pico was not diced very well but tasted good. Order came out wrong and I had to scrape the sour cream off. Instead of offering to replace it I was simply brought some cheese to add back on. We recently moved to Poplar Grove from Texas. Arturo’s quickly became our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The owners come out and check on their patrons, we love that! We had high expectations, coming from El Paso, TX. They have exceeded our expectations! The Waite staff is so friendly, kind, and fast. Jani our usual waitress, Is the best!! We look forward to seeing her!

Just moved here a couple weeks ago from El Paso, TX. They have definitely nailed the Mexican food and micheladas! We go twice a week now. Definitely recommend if in the poplar grove area.
