Bravo Pizza & Italian Restaurant

I have ordered from this pizza place for almost 20 years. The food the last couple of years has changed and not for the better and the prices are insane. The other night we ordered an XL pizza and a piece of cake. The price was $42 before tip and the pizza looked like a medium. I will no longer be giving them my business.

Mehhh..I grew up with bravos, my sister worked here and even I did for a few years back in high school...I got a stuffed pizza last night and it was nothing how it used to be. The bottom had way too much oil on it…and there was no sauce on top, just cheese. Could only eat a few bites of one piece…not to mention they looked closed when I went to pick up and had to search for the counter since I went through the other door.

Alright, whoever took our order tonight was FANTASTIC. We've had such a strenuous work day and didn't feel like cooking. But, it was like down pouring prior to placing our order..with hail. And did I mention rain? Anyway. I call and make the order and this man was so sweet and absolutely hilarious poking at us about ordering during a storm. But he kept it light and called me 'sunshine'. Super sweetie. Anyway. He's the reason I'm finally writing a review. He made sure he was getting our order right, he created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere even over the phone, and the food HAS ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING (we usually order italian beefs or pineapple, bacon, black olive, and onion pizza, but added the loaded fries this time). The staff has always been so kind and patient and we've appreciated them so dearly over the last four years, before and after their move to the new place. If these guys get a poor review, I'm blaming the customers 100%. We have never had any sort of poor experience here and highly recommend this business on the nights you just don't want to cook. Rain or shine, they're wonderful. Anyway, tip your driver handsomely and appreciate the food you didn't have to make that night. Thanks, Bravos!

They were very nice

Was amazing. Thank you so much, from ga now here. Thank you my order was perfect. Enjoyed it. Changed review after today. New from Georgia. Was treated bad after If website not working. Last week food was good. Perfect delivery and now just lost all of again in this town. Just trying to get a delivery with my coupon cus sciatica was full blown . And Management or whoever would not honor it. So don't need that kinda customer service. Beefs are great previous week and delivery was great but you call in. And it's a total bad experience . Sorry was hoping it was better to customers. I guess fo close home isnt good to them.my pizza. My Italian beef and delivery was great last week. This week I was treated bad I'm done;

Dale and the crew were very hospitable and delivered excellent food for a great $$. The portions were so large, I'll have lunch tomorrow!

Definitely a 5 star experience. Probably the nicest guys I’ve ever met who work here. The owner and his son went way out of their way to make our dining experience wonderful! Best pizza I’ve had in awhile!!!

Pizza was great but the service was impeccable!! I went to pick up my pizza and my little one was half asleep on my shoulder. He helped me by taking my pizzas out to my car!! He went up and above all expectations for an owner!

Bravo's used to be great. I think the management changed a few years ago. It suddenly got really bad all around. The food isn't good. The service is bad. The owner is abrasive and rude. More recently the location changed. I've ordered from them recently to see if it has improved. It hasn't. Don't waste your money here. You're better off with a frozen pizza.

I guess it’s the norm for their employees to harass DoorDash drivers. ?Following us out yelling at us because we didn’t bring in a door dash bag. It’s already been reported to DoorDash I hope they get dropped as a customer. The guy kept yelling “YOURE BANNED” ? Then what happened.?! Cause the other DoorDasher you screamed at says otherwise too. ?? Chump

The owners did a nice job running this once great establishment to the ground and closing its doors for good. :10 minutes ago I drove by the location on Rte 76 and the doors are closed, signs removed and no contents in the space. To the owners: You really don’t belong in the restaurant business.

“This review is sabotage.” -New OwnerFunny how this guy just denies and gets mad every time there is a bad review. He says “contact us before writing a [truthful] review.” Of course this means call them so he can make up excuses and blame the customer.It’s funny cause they moved buildings, likely to save on rent $, and he still drives a Tesla with all the money made from milking the former good name of the business he bought. Also kinda funny that the star rating is now 3.6, the same as the subway next door. Like how can you wake up knowing ur business is comparable to a subway.To the owner: Go ahead and call me btw. I’d love to tell you how your food sucks.
