My husband and I stopped here to get sandwiches. After waiting for over 20 min while my husband went in I had to go in and see what was happening. He said there debit card machine was not working and that they restarted it 3 times. I had him take our 4 year old while it was my turn to wait for the machine to work. I asked them to call the manager. The teenage boys at the counter were great, but their manger was awful. I could hear here screaming at the one boy on his cell phone from across the counter. She told him to make me pay cash. He explained that I had no cash. She asked him to restart the machine. He explained they did it 3 times already. She asked him to send her a picture for proof. He did just that. Then he said the customer wanted to talk to her. The manger said he needed to restart the machine again. The boy then again said the customer would like to talk to you and handed me the phone. I told the manager that I had been waiting for over 20 min with my four year old daughter and they had restarted the machine 3 times. I asked if I could take my food or not. She said she would have to call the owner. I told her I was not going to wait for her to try and get ahold of the owner while we had to continue to wait. I asked if I could take my food since there was no way for me to pay or if I had to leave it behind. She said she could not allow me to take the food with out talking to the owner first. I left. Absolutely horrible experience with management! The way she treated her workers and me was ridiculous!

The young man with black curly hair was rude and unorganized. I didn’t appreciate the way that he talked to his coworker and I wish he would change his gloves as needed instead of cross contaminating everything.

Worst one they did not cook the chicken or bacon and the guy got the order wrong and had no clue what to do and he has been working there for 3 weeks is very sad never coming back ever

My daughter and I just went there and the manager was horrible! She was snapping at the other employee who seemed new. We kept telling him he was doing a good job because he was obviously very stressed. Not only was she belittling her employee but she was incredibly rude to the customers. I was super disappointed. I don't think we will go back again because of this woman.

so i worked here just for all you guys too know the manager will treat you disgusting she told my daughter something was wrong with her??!!! horrible the way she treats these children they make them work 10 hour shifts during school and no breaks at all!!! this place when she worked there theres roaches and spiders in the back the meat is disgusting and all the milk is expired even the chips everything is not new spiders everywhere not clean nothing its disgusting ur food is definitely expired watch what u eat.!!!!!!

i personally love this subway theyre always empty so service is quick. bonus points for being right by my house. produce always seems pretty fresh too! i have never had any issues w my sandwiches being wrong so idk whats wrong w these other reviewers i love u

If you order a sandwich online from this Subway there is a 99.9% that your sandwich will be made wrong. There is no point in customizing your sandwich in the app, the staff will decide what you eat and how much of it. If you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your sandwiches then I highly recommend this restaurant.

Last time we went after ordering online we had to wait 10 min for our food in the drive-thru. Today we were missing the apple sauce from the kids meal and we paid extra for pepperoni on the personal pizza and its missing. Very disappointed.
Wouldn't recommend ordering online from this place.
