Same experience every time. Tonight was the last time we will go here. One server on for the entire place at 6pm. The place wasn't full at all. After waiting 15 minutes for a drink refill, 5 feet from the bar, we decided we were done. Our friends came to meet us and chose to order from the bar instead of our server. After watching the 2 bartenders behind the bar doing shots, he finally got her to come over. She took his order, 2 beers, and that took her almost 5 minutes to get. There were only 5 people sitting at her bar. That's ridiculous! Servers and bartenders never provide good service and bartenders are ALWAYS socializing instead of worrying about giving decent service. It's really a shame for such a nice looking place.

We went for the all you can eat fish fry. Service we terribly slow. One of the friers went down so they shut down the fish fry. I got 1 order. My husband had 1 order +1 refill. They offered a $1 discount. I complained so we got a $2 discount. The waitress was not pleasant to begin with and got even more peachy once there was an issue. The walleye was good, the fries were horrible and the kids cheeseburger was good. But service and customer service was below average.
