Really disappointed in what I got. The portion size is terrible. I will definitely not be back at all. Was not pleased. They use to give more for the price but now they give you like a snack bag. I just can't believe I paid the price I paid for what I got.

This was the worst experience I've had in years at any restaurant! To start, the customer service was horrible! The guy working the drive thru was rude and impatient because I didn't order right away and mind you, I was the only customer at the restaurant! I could barely read the menu due to it being blurry and another menu on the reverse side of it making it appear like scrambled letters and numbers. It was 8:25p and because I took 4-5 minutes to order, he was threatening to close right then when they close at 9p. I pulled up to the window after ordering and explained that it took me so long to order because it was extremely hard to read the menu. He had no response and then just stated the total. He then asked did I want any sauces and I told him cocktail, tarter, and hot sauces. When the food came, I checked the bag for sauces and there was one tarter, one cocktail, and 2 thin Louisiana hot sauce packs for two meals. I asked for another cocktail and tarter sauce and he raised his voice at me saying he gave them to me already. I then explained that there are two meals and that is why. I then said if it's that big of a deal, I can pay for the sauces. Then he angrily walked to the cooler and grabbed the sauces and lightly slammed them in my hand. Outside of that, the food is different along with the portions! The fish was mushy, greasy, and the batter on it was chewy. The breaded okra, chicken, and shrimp were good. The baked potato was sweet! The hushpuppies were hard and bland. The portions seemed to be half the size of what they previously were. The taste of the fish and batter were different as well. I will not be returning to this Captain D's. I will wait until I'm in the south. UPDATE I've reached out to them directly as they requested and I have not received a response of any kind...

Super and very good food I had around. The place is neat and clean the food is super fresh loving it. The service is very good and excellent they greeted us and also gave us some extra sauce. I am coming here since it's opened loved it.. also the prices are so good. Definitely not gonna stop coming here .

The food is so good it’s fresh and crunchy the way i wanted it. I love the prices. The service is so good even the staff help me to pick the best food from wide menu. The place is really clean. Just loved it had a great experience as a foodie.
I enjoyed the food. The okra was very well seasoned and the funnel cake fries are awesome. The staff was very friendly, MD was very helpful. The restaurant was clean with beautiful pictures on the walls.

The sign says they close at 9 but we pulled up at 850 he said we closed at 845 and there business hours in the drive thru and front door clearly says 9pm
