6am the lady at the drive through couldn’t even hear me what I what ordering or she was too busy playing on her phone. This older old Hispanic heavy set women always had the rudest attitude when taking orders.
She messed up my order by not actively listening at all. Had to walk in and get it fixed by another DD associate only to have the store manager have a nasty attitude.
Enough is enough.

i came through this morning and the line was long and slow.. Hashbrowns were cold and my coffee was burnt. Last week I received the wrong order for the 3rd time this month from the same young lady. I do not have time to go to work and come back to return stuff or get it made right. They need to train better. If you want quality service go to the new Dunkin in markham which is only a few minutes away.

I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER TO HER OVER AND SHE STILL DID NOT GET THE ORDER CORRECT. WHEN I RETURNED MY COFFEE TO THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SHE MOCKED ME ROLLING HER EYES STATING " 5 SUGARS 4 CREAMS" WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. I came to this location for first time last week and i ordered a double chocolate donut with a medium iced coffee. When i got to work i saw there was a long thin hair in my bag. This was disgusting but i get it things happen. I forgot about it and decided to return because it was close to my job. I decided to go in store and i noticed a white latina young lady with her hair down- does working with food not require you to put it up anymore? I ignored once again. I got my coffee and donut and went on my way. Another piece of long hair but this time on the actual donut. This is absolutely unacceptable. I didnt even bother going back to complain. I never went to a fast food service where youre allowed styled hair down. Will not be returning. 6/10
