I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment. I asked the lady while in drive through to wait a second while I pull up my app and she told me she can’t wait there are cars behind me. It wasn’t even 30 seconds.

Terrible service they take long with orders when it's already 11 am. Manager is disrespectful to the employees. He has favoritism with employees. The employees yell at each other when they are working.
Have been coming nearly every day in the morning never an issue but today on December 27th I’m facing horrible diarrhea. Usually there okay to make the drinks but today it has made me sick. I know this because I went to work right after and didn’t eat anything I was fine all day until my lunch time when I consumed my coffee

Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.

I go to Dunkin every morning. This location is usually fairly good but today I paid for 2 shots of expresso in my coffe and they didn’t even give me one ! They rung the order up wrong but the lady at the window reassured me that even though it wasn’t on the label that my expresso was in there. When I got to work the coffee is very weak and I don’t taste ANY expresso at all. I understand mistakes happen but The reason I am rating so low is because I’ve called so many times to make them aware and got no answer. I spend $12 every morning. I know what expresso taste like at this point & I just want my stuff correct.

Good donuts although I almost always finish the ones I like.I am a regular customer, they say they speak Spanish and they don't, they pretend not to understand you and they sell you what they want, you complain to them and they make fun of you

never have none of the ingredients in stock. no strawberry cheesecake. no icing on the cake just the basic plain flavors and its worse ordering on doordash because they don’t take the flavors off the website wait until the driver there to tell you they have none of the ice cream in stock beside the basic
