I ordered catfish nuggets and they gave me tilapia nuggets. Like I don't know the difference. I will never go here again this was my first and last time. A lot of people don't know the stiffens between catfish and tilapia but I do. So watch out they are charging catfish prices for tilapia. You are not getting what you are paying for.
This is my favorite Sharks....I drive from the city to patronize this location....the food is always fresh and fabulous.But.....I will NEVER purchase another item until they remove the snarky, cranky, unprofessional front counterperson from their establishment.....I have never had a pleasant experience from her and I also have observed how she has treated others.I very rarely leave negative reviews but I can't hold back in this case.If I visit this establishment again, and she is there, I will turn around and walk away.My friends and family will do so as well.
