They need to be friendlier they don’t have good customer service skills. When you walk in there it’s so awkward they don’t even greet you just stare at you

Haven’t had a bad experience yet here. Lattes are strong and flavorful - the duvalin latte is a treat when I need something sweet. Their breakfast burritos are good, I just wish you could modify them more (add potatoes to the bacon burrito, etc.) but overall worth it and the place is always cozy and clean.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop since it opened and absolutely love the coffee. However, I’ve noticed a serious decline in customer service lately. Employees often don’t greet you, don’t say thank you, and sometimes even ignore you when you’re standing at the counter. Mobile orders are just dropped on the side without a word, so you have to guess if it’s yours. On more than one occasion, I’ve felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. It creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, which is really disappointing. I’m not the only one who has noticed this, and I hope they turn it around because I’d hate to take my business elsewhere when the coffee itself is so good

Coffee was excellent!! My only issue was that as I waited on my coffee this morning an officer comes in and they stop making my drink to make his and send him on his way. I have somewhere to be just like he does. (No offense to PD)

I’m an over the road truck driver and I usually start my day by looking for a good coffee shop and this place has to be one of my favorites so far. The cafe mocha I ordered was excellent and my breakfast burrito was fresh with real ingredients and didn’t taste generic. I will definitely stop by again anytime I’m in the area

Really cute spot with tasty drinks, but the customer service and order system could use a little improvement. I feel the customer service could be better. It would make a big difference if staff acknowledged customers as soon as they walk in, to say Hello , “We’ll be with you in a few minutes.” - To everyone one, not just certain people and during busy times. The drink orders; maybe using numbers or customer names to call out when drinks/food are ready. For pickup orders; a sign or waiting area, so customers know where to wait, and staff could quickly hand off drinks/food without confusion, even during busy times.
