I live 1 min away and still choose to go to crestwood most of the time. I ordered here because I was exhausted after staying up all night while my parents traveled by plane. I went up to the drive thru and the girl told me I had to come in because the system was down. So I come in and it fine. The girl then tired to refuse to make the food that I already paid for because breakfast was over. I paid for that food 10 mins before breakfast was over. Life is alot easier for you and everyone around you when you dont pick useless fights consistently.

I got to Thorntons after hours and had a shower. Then I walked to the drive through to try and order but the girl with the spade tattoo on her left arm just ignored me. Then I tried to ask again she said the lines back there . I said yes the line keeps growing . I’ve been standing here . Anyway she said she couldn’t take my order then shut the window. What’s the point of having food at a truck stop if your not going to accommodate truckers!!??

The lady with blue hair working the cash register was rubbing her nose and touching her hair without washing her hands after. I saw her doing that as well as putting fries in people's bag. That was disgusting. I left.

They literally gave me money back after making me move up. Something about their timer. That is not my problem. Refused me service at the window. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Everytime I go to this place it's always a problem. The staff have kids running around the back. I guess somebody couldn't get a babysitter that day. Never going back. Not to mention the manager tried to hit on my wife while I was in the car. Such a horrible place. 15 minite break to get food and couldn't even get that. Stay away from this place

Usually when I go to this Wendy’s everything is perfect. However, today I was robbed by a woman not knowing of the promotional special and a male employee not correcting the situation.
I ordered the Breakfast Special $1.00 Soft Drink and requested a Large. I was given a small and told “the special is only for small drinks.” I went outside to grab my phone and showed a male employee after speaking as if I was stupid what the app states. He told me “Order another one through the app” not correcting the situation.
Next time I will go to a Wendy’s that’s in a different location and I GUARANTEE they know the specials and get it right.

I love this Wendy's! The staff is so friendly and polite, the dining room is always clean and in order. I look forward to coming here. The food is fresh. I usually order a Triple Baconator meal from here. Thanks Tamya and staff for a pleasant experience!!

Im done with this place was in the bathroom saw an employee walk out the bathroom without washing his hands told the management this and they proceeded to lie saying he will wash his hands in the back of the store the man literally walked in and put on gloves this type of nasty is highly unacceptable

The burgers are horribly made, they apparently never have frosties, and let’s be honest they complain that they deserve a higher hourly wage even tho their customer service is bad and they make sloppy/poor burgers lol.
