I went at 6:30 to pick up an order and they said they were closed and out of food. They close at 9… this is pitiful and obviously not a one time occurrence looking at other reviews.

Lady said the store was closed when I came to pickup an order. She literally handed two orders out while in my line of sight and the order had been placed a minimum of 10 minutes. Just didn’t want to make it. Highly do not recommend. Seems they close at a random time whenever the employee wants to leave.

Bad customer service, I went to enjoy a pretzel with my kids for my birthday and the guy was not very friendly, he didn't put ice in the drink, didn't let us choose what drink we wanted, charged me extra for sauce for the pretzels, kept looking back on the board on what we wanted, I don't think we will ever go back

ALL of the employees took a break at the same time, they didn't have any food cooked despite being open over an hour and a half after opening, and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to be the first in line to take our order. They also were unfriendly and rather snappy at potential customers. (They also had a personal drink by store food supplies in the back.) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD
