Always out of most ice cream flavors, waffle cones, etc. they do have plenty of weird attitude from the staff though so I guess that’s great if you like that.

Went with my parents from out of town for a scoop of ice cream and found they only had 8 flavors available. We were told “That's all we have in the case,” so I got a scoop of ice cream. For $5, they hardly filled the cup halfway. The workers couldn’t care less about being there and shot each other looks when we voiced our displeasure with the selection and price for that amount. Then they disappeared in back while we sat inside and ate. I won’t be returning and can vouch for the low ratings online.

Kid-friendliness: I love a wild and reckless sherbet ice cream. It was like the best and the location was great for color or beautiful. The service was also awesome.

Husband and I decided to skip dinner since we’d had a late lunch, and just get some ice cream at Baskin-Robbins. We were from out of town so weren’t familiar with any of the frozen yogurt, ice cream, or custard places around. Baskin-Robbins was closest to our hotel so that’s where we went.
We walked in and my husband inquired about a banana split, but they said they don’t have any because the bananas go bad too quickly. I thought that was odd for an ice cream place not to be able to make a banana split. But oh well.
While he was deciding on something else, I ordered a simple sundae with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream. They told me they did not have vanilla ice cream. The most popular flavor in the entire world. Not only did they not have vanilla ice cream they did not have hot fudge. Not only did they not have hot fudge, she told me they did not have any whipped cream. I saw that there was a tall container of hot caramel sauce beside the hot fudge, so I asked if I could have that instead. One girl went over there and dipped into it and said something to the second girl. The second girl looked at it and said “No, don’t serve that.” It looked almost full, so I was surprised that there could be something wrong with it. From what I could see, it looked dark and lumpy or grainy(?)
I ended up just getting one dip of their pralines and cream ice cream. It was ok but parts of it had a slick, gelatinous texture like it had sat out too long.
My husband ended up getting two scoops of ice cream and a couple of chocolate chip cookies.
We took our ice cream back to our hotel and I broke off a piece of the cookie and ate it and thought the texture and taste seemed off so I picked up the packaging it came in, to look for the expiration date. I found the ENJOY BY written on it, but there was no date there. It either didn’t get printed on it or ??? But the ENJOY BY date was not on either cookie package. So I have no idea how old it really was.
The girls were nice enough but we won’t be going back to this location… ever.

The ice cream is okay. The workers have a nasty attitude the equivalent of a female dog. Not a single smile in a mile. Extremely upset and I will not be returning ANY time soon.EDIT:They are screaming profanities ?!!!They are yelling at each other and screaming like wild banshees.The coupons they gave me are expired and everything is dirty.Very disappointed ☹️Tables have not been washed is eons.

Several of the ice cream tubs had melted and refrozen. Baseball nut was awful. It had a large white ice chunk. I got Chocolate Royals and tasted it and it had coconut in it. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong ice cream and they said it was Chocolate Royale. I said that kind doesn’t have coconut. The girl who scooped it said that’s it. I said do you have German Chocolate? Another girl said yes and then another more knowledgeable girl said yes and pulled the ice cream out and it was German Chocolate. I got another chocolate flavor, but not what I wanted. My husband’s baseball nut waffle cone was oval shaped and we thought that was strange. We left and the cone was stale and soft. They were out of spoons and offered us a fork or hot pink sample spoon . My chocolate ic was in a cup and needed a spoon. The girls were sweet and all this was probably the manger’s responsibility, but we won’t be back. Looks like all reviews are negative.

Drove into town, pulled up into their drive-thru and waited 30 minutes for them to open per the sign on their drive-thru menu. The workers showed up five minutes late and told us they were closed even though the sign said they would be back open at 9 am.

This place has lost our business multiple times to the point where I am done trying to come to this location. On multiple occasions the doors were locked and you could only order through drive-thru. I am not setup to be able to use a drive-thru in my vehicle and besides, who wants to try and choose from 31 flavors from the drive-thru. I will not be coming back here again.
