This evening on October 18th we dined here. Our waitress Taylor was very personable and a great waitress. However, the Manager “Matthew” was very rude and unprofessional . I requested a new order of potatoe wedges due to receiving very small overcooked order. He came to our table and informed me rudely that the next order would be just like this order. I then said OK just brung me an order of cheddar bites. He then waited approximately ten to fifteen minutes to come back and tell me he could take 2.00 off for the wedges. I said fine then after I was done with my patty melt, finally I received the cheddar bites. I feel this manager needs to receive customer service training !!!!

We visited the Quincy, IL establishment on Saturday February 15th. I arrived at 6:15 with my husband and 2 kids and had others joining us. We had a party of 14. Ourselves and other parties were not even acknowledged at the door by any employee. We waited 1/2 before someone even came up to us. Once we got seated 40min later it took another 1/2 before our waitress even came to acknowledge we were there. As she was taking our order, she stopped before she was done to go get food to deliver to another table. She came back and finished taking orders. We waited another 30-40 mins for drinks. Then another 1/2 before our food came. Food was cold. Then there was a mix up on a couple tickets. I’m not sure what kind of business is being run, but it was terrible and unacceptable. Finally by 9:00 we were leaving. We would have had a few more drinks but the service was not there. It was slow and our waitress seemed very overwhelmed. The manager needs to manage and do better!!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK! We will take our business elsewhere!!!

Ordered carryout and didn't receive all of our items. I already had waited 20 minutes longer than the order was supposed to take before having to go back inside and be ignored.
I checked the order once I got to my car, went back in and stood at the carry out counter for an additional 10 minutes and NO ONE even acknowledged me. There was an entire line of others waiting for carry out and to be seated--no one had even been addressed and were all kind of looking around confused.
I decided it would be easier to pick up McDonald's on the way home for my kid rather than deal with this place any longer. Never did receive our chicken strips.

Food is always good but Julie at the bar tables consistently has to be the worst waitress ever. Share how unhappy she was with the way, waitress our schedule and not enough help. and then we just have to wait for service, she told several tables the same speech.

Don’t order pickup from here. It’s consistently late and no one addresses you. Multiple times I’ve waited at the register for 10+ minutes just for it to have been done the whole time and gotten my food cold.

Waited almost an hour for food. Waiter kept saying just a few more minutes. Finally went to him with our coats on, he said a few more minutes do we still want our food. We said it's been almost an hour and asked if we owed for our drinks, he said don't worry he'd just cancel the order. We went somewhere else.
Visited location this past Saturday, it was pretty busy so my husband and i knew we were in for a good wait. The server instead of reassuring us and at least pouring refills had an attitude and when i asked why other tables had gotten our food first she stated it was because we ordered a special. Called the manager over and instead of reassuring us or having some sense of urgency to get our food after an hour and a half just said we are understaffed and our server is new. We are patient people but not when you have an attitude and are incompetent to get us a refill.

Called in a to go order and asked how long it would be. They said no orders ahead of me, so 20 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and they say they’re “just finishing up the burger” (only had a burger and 2 kids meals) and it’ll be 10 more minutes. After 20 more minutes they give me my bag. I had to come back in 2 separate times after realizing they forgot stuff. Also didn’t have the apple juice that I ordered over the phone and had to substitute for something else (was looking at the online menu). Altogether waited almost an hour for a “20 minute” order. This is the second time in a row that this has happened to me at this location. Very frustrating. If someone had just communicated with me, it wouldn’t have been so bad. My husband was in the car with a cranky kid. If they said it would be an hour wait, we would’ve just gone somewhere else. Also, had to call the store while waiting at one point to get someone to come check on me because nobody was checking the to go counter.
