We live an hour away so do not make it to BWW very often. The last two time we have came in two months apart we have came in as family of four. We get seated then for over thirty minutes no one even takes our drinks. No one Even says a word to us. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. Maybe three other tables. We finally just left this time.

Beer cheese cheese steak. Beer. Terrible music every time. It feels like eating an Abercrombie and Fitch.

Our waitress was awesome and usually we have poor service here at this location
However this food just sucks lol
The quality for the price of the money we work hard for is just not it
We keep trying to return and give it another shot but gross
Edible is not a good answer when you meal is over $50
I ordered the watermelon drink special cocktail and I didn’t drink it because it’s diabetes in a glass and one sip had me gagging
I think we’ve been pleasantly disappointed enough times Quincy Buffalo Wild Wings
Time to step it up
Your bathroom area clear to the floor where your tables are stinks like septic backup

Server was great. Food was horrible!!! We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes until I approached the manager who offered an apology. We waited another 15 minutes and served with cold food—not lukewarm—COLD…😡!!! No compensatory offers, just an, “I’m sorry and cold food.” I don’t think I’ll be frequenting BWs for a while and I will not be returning to Quincy, IL, location. Unbelievable!

This evening on October 18th we dined here. Our waitress Taylor was very personable and a great waitress. However, the Manager “Matthew” was very rude and unprofessional . I requested a new order of potatoe wedges due to receiving very small overcooked order. He came to our table and informed me rudely that the next order would be just like this order. I then said OK just brung me an order of cheddar bites. He then waited approximately ten to fifteen minutes to come back and tell me he could take 2.00 off for the wedges. I said fine then after I was done with my patty melt, finally I received the cheddar bites. I feel this manager needs to receive customer service training !!!!
Absolutely amazing great staff and service, I got taken out they said ten minutes and I got out in 6.

The moment we walked in the smell of sewer hit us in the face. Since I was with a group of people I felt obligated to stay with my group. The server started out nice but then started to get kind of rude. Food took forever (over 30 minutes) to come when they really weren’t all that busy. My food was the only one that was incorrect. At this point I really wanted to leave and just tell them to forget it but I decided to stay since it would be rude to just leave. This place really needs some help in the kitchen and maintenance.

I wish I had read reviews before eating here. This restaurant had about 20 people in it when we arrived and less when we left. I was excited about eating here because it has been a few years since I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings-Romeoville, IL, and it was always really good food. It was around 1:30-2;00pm, on a Thursday. The chips and queso dip were good and my friend’s hamburger and fries were good. I ordered Diet Pepsi and it tasted sweet, so I mentioned it to waitress and she said she could get me another but promised me it was correct. I asked her if it was the Pepsi zero and she said it was Diet Pepsi, so I ordered tea because it was not a regular Diet Pepsi. I ordered wings and celery from the lunch menu. I pointed to the bone-in wings and I was not asked if I wanted bone in or boneless wings. I got boneless wings and the celery was old - very stringy and ends were slightly dark. I have a photo and don’t see where I can add this to the review. I don’t like boneless and it’s not what I ordered. I ate one and asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I didn’t have time to wait for correct order to be cooked. I spoke to the manager and he said the celery was right off the truck, today. He asked if I ordered bone-in wings so I pulled out menu and pointed at what I ordered. He then said ‘I can’t see that far’ and then proceeded to put on his glasses. I was sitting in a booth towards the end and his comment was uncalled for. At this point I knew he was upset and not going to take care of this like it should have been. Not customer friendly! I told him to bring me the bill and I would handle this problem with review. So here it is.

We love Sophie
Let me get this straight, waiter was excellent, very nice guy. But do not go here unless you have 3-4 hours of spare time because the wait is horrendous. The food was also cold when we received.
