Quincy il Burger king, i got a worse experience ever very slow dont care about Customers, and there was dirty floor n tables in the lobby and how they prepare food. We waited forty five minutes for our food and we was eating inside... dont go there if u want to wait 45 mins

Place an online order for a bacon king with NO mayo. Go to the drive thru to pick it, ask them to again make sure they do not put mayo on it. The lady at the drive up window even said no mayo when she handed it to me. Drive home open the wrapper and there is mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and onion rings on it!!! Call them and they want me to drive back there and show them the sandwich and receipt to prove what I ordered and the person on the phone was being a smart ass!

Food is sometimes right, different person at the window each time, always get told to pull up and wait and sometimes it's a half hour to get your order even when not busy. The inside is kinda stark and you definitely miss the TV with cartoons and the play area.

Ordered pickup for the first and last time. I got there a little early so I just sat and waited. Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Every customer that came through after me was served right away so I finally went up to the counter (5 minutes AFTER my pickup time) and they hadn't even started it. They called the order out and got it to me and the burger wasn't even close to warm. On top of the cold burger was bitter lettuce. Do NOT recommend if you expect quality or speed.

Employees and food were fine but the floor was disgusting and dirty and the entire store smelled like an open septic line, it was stronger than the drier grease smell… couldn’t stand to buy food from a store that smelled like that

First off, the place looked closed with their drive-through lights off. When we went through the drive-through and told them about our digital coupon from their Burgerking facebook. Sounding confused the lady in the drive-through told us the manager on duty wanted us to pull up. Then when we did pull up to the window. The manager came up and looked at our coupon and just said, “nah we can’t take that!” And walked away.

Drive through tonight around 10 on the way to work and the employee working the window, Stan, informed me that the Impossible Whoppers would take a few minutes to cook. He was apologetic and thanked me for choosing Burger King - extended his hand out for a shake and wished me a Happy New Year! Very impressed! 10/10

Went here after we got shunned at Sonic and they was very friendly and nice. Food was nice, fresh and warm, unlike our last experience at BK in Springfield North.

The cashier that took our order was very kind and helpful. Haven't been to Burger King in a while but the last month have been to this location 2 times and both times have been very nice. The cashier even came over to our table to make sure everything was good for me my wife and son!!

I had an experience at the other location that left me a little angry. The difference here was night and day. I was greeted warmly, the small-talk was productive, and I got my food before I was able to finish getting my drink. Well done to the crew. Next time I am in town, I will only come here.

There was a time in Florida where a Burger King I went to after hours gave my uncle back a chicken fry he already bent in half, unfortunately it was still frozen and the lady dropped the same chicken fries along with the half of one into the fryer and served it back to me him and my dad..

That place had 10 times better service than this Burger King will ever have, I don't know what kind of I-94 these employees have or what sheet metal shack they came from in Juarez or if they came from Knapphiede in Illinois, but this place isn't just shit for service waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru minimum, but every time I get anything with lettuce it's always Brown and I usually get a slimy burger patty or whatever kind of meat they serve me. Whatever you do do not go here if you are borderline running late to work. You will be late and you will get fired. I will bet money on that every single time. This is gotta be a franchise owned by the Democrats.
