I wish i could give zero stars. 20 minutes in drive thur lane for a double cheese burger and still never got my food. And no i didnt pay before i received my food. So I finally drove off. Get it together people.

I sit in the drivethru for over 6 Minutes before they take my order so that they can get their count down on how long it takes them to process my order . And then I have to wait while they let other vehicles go because they’re not paying any attention to who’s their first because they can’t just process them as they come horrible experience, waiting in the drive-through at the speaker with no one in front of me to take my order

I ordered on the app to pickup inside. My daughter went in ahead of me to use the bathroom while I finalized the order. Before I could get inside they locked the doors, with my daughter still inside! It was only 5:30pm on a Tuesday. I tried to call, but just got a machine with no way to speak to a person. My daughter had to find someone to let her out. While the dining room attendant cleaning the tables just stared at her. We then had to wait in the long drive through line to get the order I had placed online since it was already paid for and there was no way to contact them to say I was waiting outside. When I got to the speaker they couldn't see my order and asked if I ordered it for that location. I gave them my name and the order number. When they finally found the order they just told me to pull up to the 2nd window. I still had to wait in line. They handed me my order without apologizing for the mixup and inconvenience of waiting in their drive through for so long. When I got home I found they shorted me one of the cheesy tots I paid for. It was on my receipt, but not in the bag. VERY disappointed in their service today.

I’ve never been told I couldn’t order at a fast food place before. I pulled up to order and the guy on the headset told me they have two people working. I said I’d be willing to wait. Guy on the headset repeated that they had two people working with some gibberish and I told him I was confused and couldn’t understand and then he didn’t answer me once again. I left and won’t be back.
