Old lettuce added to new lettuce. Absolutely disgusting, brown slime lettuce mixed with fresh. Dump out old replace with new.... I'm sure that food safety is supposed to be a normal practice.

I feel sorry for the ppl who work here. The prices have gone up beyond acceptability. Recently I ordered a MEDIUM Vics big cheese (yes it’s loaded with extra toppings) and the price was $27!!! $2 goes straight to Pritzker no doubt. So $25 for a MEDIUM pizza. To the owners of the establishment I bid you a farewell and wish you well. Unfortunately this consumer is not about to pay an extra $10 per pizza to offset your operating costs that include multiple Hyundai vehicles. I am not helping buy your cars so you can offer delivery and spread the costs amongst all your customers. There are too many other pizza places with far better prices and while the food at Casannos is excellent its not worth the added up charges. Good luck but you’ve lost me as a customer.

Our order was never delivered. The person taking our order put the wrong address (South instead of North) and phone number. I've ordered from Cassano's since the early 80s. I hate that they have gone downhill so much, I will not be ordering from them anymore.
