Do not order delivery from Quincy Domino's. At 7:54 p.m., I ordered pizza for delivery in Quincy; the pizza was ready at 8:08 pm. We waited until 8:40 p.m., and no one delivered the pizza. I called the business and was told there were only three drivers in Quincy and that there were six orders ahead of mine. I asked that my order be redone, and the manager agreed. The app claimed it would take another 1.5 hours for delivery, but our order arrived around 9:15 PM, and they did not remake the pizza. I wouldn't waste your time or money with delivery. Waste of $32 with 25% tip, and now feeling sick after our pizza sitting under a heater for 1.5 hours. Very unhappy!
Update: I've contacted Domino's Corporate by text message since there is no phone number, received an email stating that a Corporate representative would reach out via email. I haven't received any emails from Corporate. I have called the Quincy store twice and when the person picks up the phone, they won't say anything and hangs up. Very unprofessional. Please update your response with a phone number that actually works.

I had 3 out of my 5 latest orders.. not so great.. so I called. Explained everything to Taya.. and not only was everything thing resolved. The pizza was delivered absolutely delicious. With an added perk .. that wasn't expected. I love my local dominoes ... p.s. . Their Italian sausage.. ROCKS.. not to mention.. their delivery drivers are ALWAYS NICE!! TIP THEM!!!!

Tried to place an order at 11 am (a full hour after opening - the store opens at 10). I couldn’t place an online order because “there were no workers clocked in at the store,” so I tried to call instead. Nobody picked up the phone either. I guess nobody works here anymore! Plenty of other pizza places in town, and they’re staffed, so I guess we’ll go there instead.

I order from here embarrassingly a lot, orders are often in the “prep” portion of the tracker for 20+ minutes even for just a pasta. Often I receive a pizza in a jossiled state. If your delivery time says anything under 30min you can count on it to be an Hour just to get cooked. The quality of food is not worth the trouble it is.
Food is usually pretty good! The real problem is with the staff. They mark orders as ready then immediately mark them as picked up. Then you go in the store to actually pickup your order and they tell you it isn't actually ready and that the tracker is just an estimate. I might believe this but when we order from other Domino's locations in other cities the tracker is always 100% accurate.
Parking: Plenty of parking even when other businesses in the strip are busy.

Placed an online order at 6:30 and was told at 7:15 it hadn’t even been started yet and would be 10-15 minutes. Went back 10 minutes later and was told it was going to be another 30-35 minutes. Then when I called to place an order for delivery they apparently don’t take orders over the phone anymore. Does anyone want to even do their job anymore? I understand when it’s busy. But jez I placed the order over an hour ago and it still hasn’t been placed. And online still says the wait is 10-12 minutes. I guess I just don’t understand 🤷🏽♀️😁
