Tried the new location in the mall and we were very disappointed. Once we ordered our food,we waited at least 45 minutes if not longer. I tried several times to get our waitress's attention to see how much longer it would be but didn't have any luck getting her attention. Once we finally got our food, the portion sizes were pathetic for what they cost. I ordered a burger and it was not fresh,it tasted several days old. After we were done eating, our waitress asked us if we wanted dessert and I said that I would have ordered dessert but with as long as it took to get our food,I didn't feel like waiting any longer. We were very disappointed and do not plan on returning anytime soon. This place definitely needs more kitchen staff. We definitely wasted our time and money at this restaurant.

Ordered from here, paid for extra sides, got none of them. Burger had none of the garnish. Half of wife’s meal was missing. Go to call and basically re-order just got get a continuous busy line. Of course, if I served what was served to me this evening I probably wouldn’t want to answer the phone either. Won’t be ordering from this joke again.

I’m all for supporting locally owned businesses and I will return but we are there last night and service was extremely slow. Our app took 40 mins to come out and meals 20 mins after that. My chopped steak was excellent. Highly recommend. Our fried chicken Mac and cheese, however, wasn’t very good. Certainly not homemade and almost watery, blah Mac and cheese and fried chicken portion was a bit skimpy. Also, the lighting is too bright, with incandescent tube lighting. Very institutional feel. We’ll go back but will try something else and let y’all know

I'd give less then 1 star if possible stood in line for 15 minutes as this lady just looked at us then got a complete rude attitude when we asked for a kids menu from the food I seen already served and whatever slop they had on the "buffet" safe to say they won't be open long. We left and went somewhere else. Won't be back.

We were told at least a 45 minute wait for food with one table plated and at least 25 other seats waiting and several empty tables when we arrived. We were asked if we wanted to leave. I hope they hire cooks or they won't make it like every other restaurant that tries the mall. Very sad!

This was our first dining experience here. We honestly have never heard of this business. So, looking up restaurants in Quincy, this popped up. Ok why not. Something different for us. 🤷‍♀️
Upon entering we were greeted right away and sat at a table. Very nice.

The menu has such a great selection to choose from. We went with Loaded Potato Skins as an appetizer. Those were very delicious. Then we decided that the tenderloin pizza sounded really interesting. We ordered that as a share plate. It was about the size of a personal pizza, we felt it was alittle dry, and either needed more sauce or cheese. My husband ordered a 3 patty smash burger with mac n cheese and fries. He loved the fact that you can build your own stack, as in how many patties you want. I ordered the BLT with a side of broccoli. I just love broccoli no matter how it is cooked, the sandwich on the other hand was a bit sad. It was basically a bacon on bacon sandwich, 1 slice of tomato that had the whole thick core in it. Lettuce, well..... I had to open it up to take the core out of the tomato anyway, and I finally found the very thin piece of lettuce that didnt even cover 1/2 of the toast. The wheatberry toast was very dry, even with the mayo on it. After deconstructing the BLT, I just put the bacon in my broccoli. Our plates were presented very well.

There were several tables filled during the time we visited, around 2pm. Lots of room and a great selection of beers and mixed drinks. Salad bar had several items for a salad of course, meatballs and two kinds of soups. It would of been nice to have those labeled. Clean everything, including the restrooms. Well stocked. Service time lasted about 45 min.

Our service from our waitress was exceptional. So friendly, drinks never went dry. Great recommendations on food and drinks. They have everything on the menu that was printed. Not out of anything, so that is always a plus with restaurants.

Thanks for the good dining experience. :)

Burgers were slightly undercooked. The move to the Mall is going to kill this business, though.

Love the new location! They’re having growing pains on the fly but they’re open again and the food is great and varied. Trying to integrate a new kitchen and teaching new staff is tricky to do simultaneously but they will succeed. Be patient customers, this isn’t McD where food just comes down a chute, it’s all made to order and the new place is 4 times larger.

Slow service. Lots of up charges that they don't tell you about. Too expensive for cheap food.

I was excited to try this establishment. I had only heard good things. The salad bar looked unappealing. No hot item on salad bar. Portion sizes were good, but the food was average to less than average. We waited over an hour for our food and they were not very busy. Watched our bloody Mary’s sit up on the bar, so we went to get them ourselves before they got watered down. One person in our party ordered the cod and the waitress came back and told us they were out. Another ordered a pork chop and had to request a bun and barbecue sauce to make it palatable. Shrimp was something like you would buy out of the frozen food section at the grocery store. Quesadilla was super greasy. I want to recommend it, because I want every business to succeed…but I can’t.
