Sat at a table for 10 minutes watched a couple get their order taken before mine. I was not even spoken to. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I have been there before and had better service and their food was great. This time they were not busy there was only a couple tables occupied and only one person eating at the bar. I am not sure why they couldn’t even bring us a menu or say we will be with you in a minute. Very rude

Bring cash!! Small space with a great taste. I had the jumbo breaded tenderloin (must be an Illinois thing to put mayo on tenderloin). My wife had the denver omelet. Food was delicious.

I love D’s Diner. The servers and the vibe are always very friendly. I love the simple options and quick hot food. Set at the bar or at a cozy booth. This is Quincy’s Waffle House but clean.

It was fine, this diner. I had a Reuben and The corned beef situation was not sumptuous. Coleslaw in a thimble. Chicken fried steak was bigger than my torso but it was decent in flavor and we finished it with stir fry for dinner. The place was really nice and clean, pleasant service friendly Town folk.

Retro feel old school vibe. Great menu and specials. So happy to see hand crafted burgers somewhere. Really happy to find a real diner in Quincy since the all American diner is nearly extinct. Will be back
