ran out of the donuts we wanted? Twas only noon and they didn’t have the donuts? get back in the kitchen maybe and make more. very disappointed and didn’t get the donuts we desired. MAKE AND SELL DONUTS THATS YOUR JOB. How you gonna run outa what we wanted at 11:50 am

If this place ever has any donuts expect them to be 5 days old. The food always taste like chemicals as well. What are you using in your oven??? So disgusting.. the employees are also rude so added bonus.

I wish negative stars were an option - This morning my family and I came to use our coupon from the receipts that you get from purchases. Earlier this morning we used a coupon that didn't have a barcode, it wasn't a big deal since they just scan their wall which have all the codes there (if you have the coupon, even without the barcode). So we go again this morning about an hour later ish to order another drink with our coupon (another one with no barcode on it, but an hour ago they happily took it and scanned their wall, seeing as we had the coupon). This woman was very rude, seemed to have had a bad day and taking it out on us as customers. Every time we have had this woman at the window she seems very grumpy and rude. This was at 9:25am Tuesday January 14th 2025. My husband asked to ask the manager if she could take the coupon since earlier that morning the other lady happily took it since we had it and she can just scan the wall. She very annoyed pressed a button on her headset and said the manager said no because there was no barcode, we never even saw the manager ourselves (but earlier that morning the woman with the better attitude and good customer service had no issue taking another coupon that didn't have a barcode). This woman with the bad customer service later in the morning's coworker said she had already made our drink, and my husband said we'd take it since they already made it and they were just gonna throw it out anyway and waste it, and we can use the coupon and pay like before. But the rude girl said "No! Not without paying for it." All snarkily. And with a bad attitude. So we just ended up only taking the donut we got for our kids and just left the drink since they didn't take coupon, which was how we were planning to pay for it in part, like we had done with another coupon earlier in the morning. We've lived in other places with dunkins and this one by far has more workers with bad attitudes than not. They also don't always make drinks correctly. Sometimes they don't stir in the syrups whatsoever. The drink quality got a little better recently, but the attitudes and inconsistency of the rules is (especially when it's disrespectful or in the worst interest of the customer) is not acceptable. We will most likely be switching to Starbucks, where if they make an extra drink that isn't being used they will give it away, instead of wasting to be spiteful. I would have understood if they just took the coupon and said in the future we must have the barcode, and did so with an understanding smile and good genuine attitude. Instead of a frown and petty, rude attitude. This dunkin has very few good workers. There's only one we know of that has a consistently good attitude and quality customer service. This dunkin needs new management and all new workers over all. Starbucks or playgroundz or baylees is far better when it comes to customer service and drink quality. Quincy would be better off with no dunkin than this one with the treatment we got this morning. Unless this dunkin can reach out and make it right, we will bring our daily morning business elsewhere.

This is creme filled to them. Sticking with Yum Yums smh. Paid 30 bucks for a box of nothing but creme filled donuts and a egg sandwich. All of em like that. I'll go pay 30 bucks for 3 times the size and 3 times the creme.

I should preface with this: I make sure to be really nice to people doing customer service. They are people and may be having a bad day. I get it. But I repeatedly told them my order and my name, and then I received a scolding after they kept getting my order wrong. It was a very basic mobile order…I’m totally fine when people make mistakes! Just don’t blame your customer when you are making the mistakes.

I'm going to start off by saying I am from New Hampshire and there are Dunkin' Donuts literally every five blocks where I'm from, so keep in mind I am a serious Duncan Junkie!!!! Been living in MO for 5 yrs. So when I have to drive an hour just so I can enjoy what I love the most, this one has been seriously disappointing in the last 3 months. And to be honest, I don't even know how they are still open. This Dunkin's is seriously going downhill, and it's the only one for an hour from me in either direction!! The last three visits I have been there, they have been out of creamer 😠 and flavors like my blueberry shots and the pumpkin spice! When you go to dunks for coffee, a coffee place, mind you... how are you out of creamer? How are you out of flavors that you're advertising? The donuts have been dry and very few selections. Ask them to make wraps and their out of the items too! The only one for miles and then the crew 🙄 all I'm gonna say is if you don't like your job find a new one. Seriosly needs new management and energetic employees that love what they do, and then maybe this place could boom again. Please corporate do something I beg you!!! My rating went from 5 to 1 sorry.

This is the third time I have come in my coffee taste like water. I was given the wrong donut on two different occasions and today my bagel was still cold. Something changed here in the past month. Go to Starbucks

Can we give zero stars ? from up north and was hoping for cheaper coffee than the other place down here. Roll thru at 5 pm and no one answered the drive. Ok thinking they are busy I go to walk in and doors are locked. After reading these reviews I'm wondering how the heck they still open. Can't make money if you're employee won't take an order.
