Was out this way doing a job and to be honest I’m a disappointed with the portion size I received I’m not from that area but I could’ve order something similar from home and got more meat than I got with fatback’s the meat had no seasoning until you added the bbq sauce the cornbread was like a slice of cake didn’t care for it the greens and potato salad was good overall I probably won’t come back to try anything else.

We’re Texan, so our review may be tainted by regional preference. We ordered the Barbecue Sundae (B) and Barbecue Spaghetti (P). The sundae had a lot of too sweet BBQ sauce and beans for my taste. There were 3-4 slices of brisket and a smattering of finely chopped Cole slaw on top. I don’t know what “dust and drizzle” is supposed to be, but didn’t see any. Will not order again. The Spaghetti had a sweet-spicy sauce we liked better. Was steaming hot. OK, but we also won’t order it again either. We were provided a complimentary macaroni and cheese side. We liked this best. The liquidy cheese had a nice taste. Would order again.
Staff were nice and polite. Kudos for that. However the food was overall not our favorite style of barbecue.

Delicious brisket and burnt ends, although the ends were more like cubed brisket than the ends I've had on Kansas City. I'm not complaining. They were moist and very flavorful. Sides including potato salad and cornbread were solid, although I prefer non-sweet cornbread. Not a ding, just info. Solid spot.

Food was great! No leftovers! We got burnt ends and a couple sandwiches, plus the pork nachos. Everything was hot and flavorful, we'll definitely be back!
They have great food! It's really kinda weird though. You can't go in and eat, it's drive through only, and they ask for a gratuity. That just strikes me as weird. ?♂️
I’m so surprised to see so many poor reviews on here for Fatback’s. My fiancé and I have had take out from here so many times for the last few years! It’s our go to for BBQ here in Quincy. So I want to share my experiences! My meat is always cooked delicious with flavor and it’s tender. I’ve had many different dishes from here as well. I love all the sides. Your macaroni is my favorite. So many good foods. Oh! Don’t forget the cornbread either- it’s moist every single time and tastes good too. It’s my favorite!! I’ve never had a messed up order and the employee at the window had been kind every single time. Yeah sure they’re younger sometimes but we all need to make money. You all keep up and let these good reviews remind you why you do what you do!

Ordered three platters. Rice was extremely hard, Burnt ends weren’t edible and the rotisserie chicken at sams was better than the quarter of chicken. For $55 we were very unhappy.

We ordered the pulled pork, brisket a side and cornbread! We had this for a family gathering and the food was a BIG hit with everyone!There wasn't much left afterwards to refridgerate!We will be ordering here again!

Everytime there seems to be an issue. The ribs are often ofercooked and mushy. They constantly worry about price vs quality. I expect more when I pay
