As always, excellent! The only real true award winning pit master in Quincy, i expect good quality and we were not disappointed. We got the 2+2, Really nice portions of two meats and plenty of sides (mac n chz n tater salad) and it was more than enough food for 3 adults. As a matter of fact, we enjoyed it again the next evening. Thanks Fatbacks, Job Well Done, AGAIN!

Service was a little slow today, but to their credit, they are swamped with holiday pre-orders right now. We didn't mind the wait. The food was delicious, as always. We had the Memphis Mac, cornbread, and baked beans sandwich. Everything was so good!

I'm a super fan of KC BBQ. Having lived in that city for 14 years, how can you not be? Q39 was my favorite "go-to" place for a long time, but Fatbacks beats this place hands down. Esp. for their BBQ chicken (which is bigger and juicier) and for their sides, like their collard greens which is cooked down at their site. My husband thinks they have the best brisket he's ever had.

I read the reviews and I was really looking forward to this Q. I was left unimpressed. I had brisket and pulled pork. The best item on the plate was the corn bread. It was awesome. The brisket was very tender. I did not get much, if any smoke flavor from the meats. I couldn’t taste any flavor from the rub or bark. I assume it was smoked, but I was left wondering if it was cooked another way. It’s not the worst I’ve had, but definitely nothing to come back for. Sorry. Hate to say that about any BBQ.

As someone that travels for work, I try a lot of BBQ. Hands down one of the top 5 I have ever had for overall quality. The sides were great, the pulled pork was great, the brisket was great. Phenomenal job to the owners and workers!
