I came into the restaurant a lil after 11 today they were steady so I stood there for a few minutes. But after watching one of your employees chasing a child no older than 3 throughout the restaurant we chose to leave. This is very un professional as your other employees had to work around the child. Also not to mention the safety of everyone. She was in both the dinning room and kitchen areas

I just want to say that the Quincy location was amazing. The lady that took my order was really kind and really sweet. Customer service was amazing and they were quick and efficient getting the food out to us. I think I spent probably like 10-15 minutes waiting for our food which wasn't bad. And the food came out hot and it was really delicious. Even my 91-year-old grandma loved that food. Thank you fazoli's in Quincy for such an amazing experience

Went through drive through for a quick dinner, they were not that busy. We ordered 2 entrees. Took almost 40 min, we drove away got back on the road only to find the food wasn't accurate and no utensils to eat it with. We did not have time to go back as we were traveling. But the food we did eat was good one we stopped got utensils.
My wife and I stopped in for the first time today and was very happy with our meals. There was one person ordering when we walked in and a young lady stepped up to take our order. After getting our drinks a young man came out with breadsticks, and it wasn't too long before our food came out. The food and the crew working were all spot on, we will go back again.

The food could be good it they would just put some sauce on it . I’ve complained in the past and I’m always willing to pay for extra sauce ! Whole lotta noodles but not hardly any sauce . Makes it dry . That’s my only complaint! Make sure all the pasta is covered in sauce .
