We had not eaten at a Fazoli's restaurant for many years due to the one in our town closing a long time ago. The food was as tasty as we remember; served nice and hot with those wonderful bread sticks they have! The prices have remained reasonable. The only disappointment was only receiving 4 bread sticks when they are currently advertised as "unlimited" and they always were in the past. But no others were offered other than the original 4.

Employees were friendly and helpful when we came in with a large group. The dining room was clean and staff kept tables clear. Very accommodating and everyone enjoyed the food.
Kid-friendliness: We took 7 kids, employees brought a high chair over and moved tables together for our group.

After waiting 35 minutes in line before I obtained my food, you hope it was worth the wait. It wasn't. Don't be fooled by the picture of the lasagna on their website. My serving was maybe 3/4 inch thick. Not much filling and not much flavor. I will say the bread sticks were good. However, a small dipping sauce won't be enough if you want a taste on each bite. You will need to be conservative with it.
The young lady taking orders on headset in drive thru was incredibly patient descriptive and kind when helping me decide on my large family order! The food was hot and bagged very well! They even made sure my salad was bagged separately away from the hot items and the cashier at the drive thru window was extremely polite and full of spirit!
The Alfredo was divine and the bread sticks were top tier!
The employees making the food and working Drive thru, do some of the best work to practice that sort of service they deserve all the credit! We appreciate the experience! š The Faulkner Family

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front counter, I was sad to find Fazoliās has removed MY FAVORITE item from their menuā¦. The delicious DOUBLE STACK LASAGNA ? The scrumptious 13 layers of cheesy Heaven is no more. I had to order the regular lasagna with a side of hockey puck pepperoni pizza. My single layer basic lasagna was brought to my feasting table in a timely matter. The waitress stated my pizza would be done soon along with the breadsticks. There was no silverware clean so I guess I am supposed to use my GOD given chop sticks.. I asked for clean silverware and they were able to āscrounge some upā according to the workers. After eating several bites and realizing it will never compare to the 13 layers of cheesy Heaven I decided to go get my hockey puck pepperoni pizza waiting in the window. While waiting at the counter the drive thru wicked ? of East Quincy, walked off and went to the back and stood and she didnāt want to help me. After the front cashier took the current order she was glad to slide over and give my ? and breadsticks to me. Needless to say I wonāt be visiting another Fazoliās until you BRING BACK THE 13 LAYERS OF CHEESY HEAVEN ?. I have a lot of stress in my life and eating the delicious 13 layers of cheesy Heaven was the only way to relieve my worries and sorrow.
