Everyone I've talked to is very nice. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your food because they are busy, but the staff is very friendly. I'm from Florida visiting, I go there just about every day
We had not eaten at a Fazoli's restaurant for many years due to the one in our town closing a long time ago. The food was as tasty as we remember; served nice and hot with those wonderful bread sticks they have! The prices have remained reasonable. The only disappointment was only receiving 4 bread sticks when they are currently advertised as "unlimited" and they always were in the past. But no others were offered other than the original 4.
The young man, John that served our food was prompt, courteous, and respectful. We will be eating there again when we come through Quincy.
