I was waiting to try out this place. It was a bit disappointing. My service was fine, my food (shrimp tempura) was hot, but I felt the shrimp was frozen previously, so it was very chewy. The rice were not fresh , they felt like they were reheated. I have eaten in MANY hibachi places before, and I just didn't like the flavors and quality of food here... my honest review.

We ordered Pad Thai Steak 3 rolls of special sushi which are dragon roll, rainbow roll, salmon roll Soft shell crab Sashimi salad
All these are for 3 pax. But we weren’t full. The food was just ok, not that nice. Pad Thai was bad, very sour. Service was bad. There were many servers around but no one cared to serve us. The restaurant environment wasn’t clean. The price was very expensive! Not recommended

Every fuji's you go to the food is different. Not bad but not the same. Don't know if it is a franchise or not but weird. The men's bathroom was disgusting. Someone had peed all over the the toliet and floor of the sit down toliets.

Sashimi was fine. Miso is way too salty. A broader beer selection would be nice. Service was good
Food poisoning. I was chewing into a piece of tuna sushi and it tasted like chemicals. I wasn't fully aware of the weird flavor until I was already swallowing it. We had our food to go so we could eat at home. The fried scallops were also absolutely disgusting. The scallops themselves tasted okay, but the batter was soggy and sickening.
The next morning I threw up and kept throwing up the remainder of the day and had to take off of work and lay in bed in between puke spells. My meal also cost almost $70 for 2 sushi rolls, 2 sides of rice, and 2 appetizers. It is sad that this is one of the few asian restaurants in the area and can get away with charging so much for nasty food.

I enjoy visiting this hibachi restaurant; my family and I have been going to for years now. My daughter particularly delights in the entertaining performances by the hibachi grill chefs. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to any food enthusiasts out there—it's a definite 10/10!
