I've practically raised my daughter, here, since she was real little and we've always loved it! It was nothing for us to spend 6-7 hours, here, a day! We even met our best friends, here, a couple years ago and still keep in touch with them; quite often! Sadly, though, i was told by a staff member in August that you were going out of business that weekend. Are you still open? If so, we'll gladly come back in heartbeat!

I held my daughters 3rd birthday there on 3/14/20 and i can not say enough good things about how good the service was! They were so accommodating to everyone especially Payten she was by far amazing. She was always there when i needed something, or if i had any questions and also made things very comfortable for our large group! The staff was so sweet and everyone was so nice! I highly recommend bonkers for any sort of party for kids!!!

Kids had fun playing. We ordered 3 burgers , which was all burnt bad.. we sent them back and was told it would be awhile because they were backed up, we already waited 30mins. The first time... The second time was another 30mins.. I understand places get busy but it's a kids place, could use extra staffing on weekends. Other food was good
