Went for lunch today. This was the first time that we have sat in the dining room, which was absolutely filthy. Floor looked like it had not been mopped in ages. Tables were all dirty. The sad thing is, they weren't even busy. Food was terrible. French fries were old and my hamburger was cold. I will definitely not go back. This place needs to be cleaned up. It cost 22.97 for a horrible meal.
The app has a lot of bugs. Placed an order and paid. When I arrived at this location they told me they didn’t have any hamburger meat along with other items. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything. Now I have to contact corporate 😡
12th and Locust should not turn on sign or inside dining lights until ready for customers. Drive thru ...continuously informed...we will not be open for another 10 to 15 minutes. I understand about not having staff but dont advertise you are open for business when tou are not
